CS Gunjan Tyagi, ACS, B.COM post qualification experience of more than a year has working experience related to company law for both the private and public companies, preparation, precertification of various forms to filed under the company law on for the client companies etc. She has good experience of works related to company law for both the private and public companies. She has successfully prepared instances documents for xbrl filings for client companies in addition to the normal annual and other filings for the Private and Public Limited Companies. She has assisted in preparation of petitions for compounding of offences, shifting of registered office from one state to another in addition to incorporation of Public/Private Limited companies and other matters.
Qualified in the year 2003, He has worked with Leading Merchant Bankers in Mumbai and has handled works in relation to various public issue of shares. Have good exposure of works and compliances for the Listing Procedure and Agreement, Pre and Post issues Compliances, takeover related matters etc.
