Aryeh Klein - Chief Legal Officer

Aryeh (Marty) Klein joined CTSW since March 2020, setting up our affiliate's Israel office, after working for more than 20 years in the legal department of Israel Aerospace Industries. He served as Deputy General Counsel for 15 years, leading IAI's international department, before becoming Executive Vice President - General Counsel of IAI in 2016. Aryeh negotiated aerospace and defense contracts, teaming agreements and joint venture agreements with the world's leading companies, including Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman, and also represented IAI in marketing and sales to many countries around the world. He is deeply experienced in the aerospace industry, knowledgeable about UAVs, business jets, space systems, MRO and more. In the course of his work with IAI, Aryeh developed a network of contacts in many branches of the Israeli government, including the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Justice and the Government Companies Authority. Moreover, he represented IAI in structuring numerous FMF transactions, submitted several filings with the US CFIUS and worked on obtaining security clearances for two US based IAI subsidiaries. Aryeh is also experienced in matters relating to compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the OECD's Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, Israel's implementing statute in its Penal Law, and other comparable laws in other jurisdictions. In his affiliation with CTSW, Aryeh has represented a wide range of clients, including two Israeli companies engaged in aircraft development programs, two medical technology ventures, successfully guiding a defense company in obtaining CFIUS approval, and several leading companies in their anti-corruption compliance programs. Irving L. Wiesen

Irving L. Wiesen, Esq. is a food and drug attorney with over thirty years experience in the industry. He specializes in food and drug law and other laws and regulations affecting the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries. His practice includes counseling pharmaceutical and medical device companies in all areas of FDA compliance, drug marketing and promotion, drug applications, representation before the FDA, as well as licensing, R&D agreements, commercial transactions and litigation. Larry Tauber, a co-founding partner of the firm, has practiced corporate, business, real estate, and commercial law for thirty years. A trusted advisor to executives, business owners, and in-house attorneys, Larry has business experience and perspective that have become a valuable resource for the many clients that have stayed with the firm over the long term. Larry has counseled numerous pharmaceutical and life sciences clients on licensing, strategic ventures, and clinical trial agreements. He has been a presenter for many years on licensing and pharmaceuticals at the American Conference Institute and at the Licensing Executives Society. Larry also heads the firm's real estate practice, advising commercial property developers, managers, owners, and investors. Ruisi "Grace" Guo is an associate in CTSW's litigation department. Before joining CTSW, Grace gained extensive state and federal litigation experience working on general civil, personal injury, and various insurance related claims. She has practiced in New York, New Jersey, and in both the Eastern and Southern District of New York. During her time clerking for the Honorable Justice Parker at the Alabama Supreme Court, she learned to look at cases from a Judge's perspective, which has allowed her to write and advocate for her clients with greater proficiency. Grace graduated from the University of Toronto with Honors Bachelor of Arts. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law, where she was the sole recipient of the Trial Advocacy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Trial Advocacy. Russ Korins is Senior Counsel and works with CTSW's technology and startup clients. His 25 years of experience with technology businesses have included management positions in, consulting work for, and legal work for pioneering and high-growth companies. Russ draws on firsthand experience with rapid changes and growth to work with CTSW colleagues in providing strategic and practical guidance to technology clients. This clientele has included founders, executives, and investors in healthtech, venture and startup studios, Internet of Things technologies, and SaaS and enterprise software businesses. These clients are on all points of the startup life cycle, from inception through seed and angel stage through Series A, B, later rounds, and exit. With CTSW colleagues, Russ has been a guest panelist and presenter on legal issues of startups with Yale University's Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking. He has also been an advisor to a Cornell Tech Product Challenge team of the school's Studio program. Russ's business experience includes work at The Pipeline, one of the first Internet Service Providers in the mid-1990s, including its acquisition and IPO by PSINet. He also worked at one of the first Enterprise Resource Planning software consultancies in the late 1990s, and one of the largest online brokerage services in the early 2010s. Sari E. Kolatch

Sari Kolatch is a partner in the litigation department and has tried more than 70 cases to verdict in her more than 25 years of handling complex commercial and criminal cases. Her practice also includes internal corporate investigations. A large portion of Sari's practice is the representation of foreign- and U.S.- based corporate and individual clients in complex commercial disputes in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation forums. Sari advises these clients on the litigation strategies that best meet their needs, and prevent the litigation process from overwhelming or undermining their goals. Sari started her career in the Kings County District Attorney's Office, where she served from 1985-2001. During her tenure at the District Attorney's Office, she tried to verdict some of the county's most controversial and sensitive cases, including serial murders and insanity defense cases, and served as Bureau Chief and Executive Assistant District Attorney. After leaving the District Attorney's Office, Sari was Director of Investigations at an international corporate investigations firm, where she conducted internal corporate investigations for multinational companies. Stephen Wagner, a founding partner of the firm, co-chairs the litigation team at CTSW. A business advisor as well as litigator, Stephen approaches each case understanding that drawn-out disputes are never in a company's business plan. He manages each case to advance a client's business goals, and to prevent the process from overwhelming or undermining the value a business is protecting. This approach has anchored Stephen's experience in every case he and the firm handles, whether contract breaches, insurance disputes, securities fraud, product liability, employment law, and complex aviation disputes. Even when retained as coordinating attorney in highly complex commercial disputes involving numerous lawyers and firms, he works with both colleagues and other firms' litigators to prevent the process from undermining the client's business goals. As a result, Stephen's relationships with clients last long beyond when a particular trial ends, and many rely on his judgment for day-to-day business affairs. Stephen leads a team of trial attorneys that have defended clients in hundreds of disputes against the country's largest law firms. This team brings proven chemistry and well-honed skills to every stage of the litigation process, from initial strategizing on how best to defend a client's interests to litigating jury or bench trials to verdict. Walter Godlewski is a Partner in CTSW's Corporate Department. Since 1993 his practice has focused on corporate finance, securities law and general corporate matters. He is involved in a range of financing transactions, including public and private/144A offerings of debt (secured, unsecured, convertible, and medium-term note programs), equity and hybrid securities (including target stock and periodic equity "at-the-market" issuance programs), tax-exempt bond offerings, project finance transactions, and bank lending transactions representing borrowers.
