Dakota Sealants, Inc. was established in Rapid City, SD in 2006 by Tim and Amy Vermeulen. Tim has over 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience with 20 of those years in the caulking and waterproofing field... Caulking, Sealants and Waterproofing are often the last thought about construction issue and contribute the lowest percentage to a project's overall cost. However, they can become the biggest future problem if a structure starts to leak. We are specialists in the important job of maintaining these buildings in our very demanding climate.
