DAWS HILL VINEYARD

Daws Hill Vineyard is a small vineyard and winery set in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are proud to grow and produce everything onsite. From hand pruning and tending to each individual vine throughout the summer to hand picking the grapes. Small batch fermenting and bottling to hand labelling. Each bottle is lovingly cared for, aged for a minimum of 4 years in our converted stables. We take our time to make sure each vintage is released the best it can be... Daws Hill was planted by Nigel Morgan in 2004 and is currently run by his daughter Holly Morgan. Nigel trained and worked as an orthopaedic surgeon until the mid 90's, when he moved to France with his partner, Sarah, to renovate houses. When they moved back to Sarah's family home in Radnage, Bucks, they discovered that the farm was perfect for growing grapes and decided to bring a little of France back with them... At Daws Hill we grow the traditional champagne varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot..
