With a degree in psychology from Tufts University and design training from the Boston Museum of Fine Arts School and Massachusetts College of Art, Dan Beard began his design career in Boston. In 1994, after spending several years absorbing the trade in Boston design studios, he opened Dan Beard Design... Dan believes that whenever possible, a conceptual approach to design makes the most sense. A great concept serves to organize and anchor the thought process and ultimately inspire a more cohesive and effective solution.
