Felipe is a shareholder in Dean Mead's Orlando Litigation Department. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation. As a litigator, Felipe has experience in a variety of commercial matters, including contract and business disputes, shareholder/member disputes, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, commercial foreclosures, enforcement of creditors' rights under defaulted loan transactions and court judgments, non-compete/trade secret enforcement, and defamation and fraud. Felipe is also fluent in Spanish. His professional activities include involvement in the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida. He is a past president of the organization and board member of its Foundation. Additionally, he is a past co-chair of the Real Property Committee of the Orange County Bar Association. Felipe is also a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 75 and the inaugural class of The Florida Bar Wm. Reece Smith Jr. Leadership Academy.

Alexander Van Heyde is a commercial real estate attorney who focuses on complex transactions. He represents clients in all facets of the real estate cycle, including the acquisition, development, financing, and sale of commercial properties. He has extensive experience representing owners and developers in the acquisition, development, and disposition of real estate, including mixed-use, industrial and multi-tenant retail projects. Anna has been practicing law for over 30 years primarily in the areas of environmental law, land use, zoning and administrative law. Before moving to private practice, Ms. Long held numerous environmental managerial positions including, Director/Counsel for a large building supply company, Manager for Orange County Florida's Environmental Protection Division, Director of Environment, Safety and Health for the largest semi-conductor company in the northwest and was In House Counsel and Manager of the environmental division of a major private electric utility company with services in nine states. She was also General Counsel and Director of Environmental Services for a multi-state environmental and engineering and consulting firm located in the Northwest. Anna received a Certificate in Natural Resources from Lewis & Clark's Northwestern School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Florida, Oregon and Washington. She has been very active in the Brownfields Association for a number of years and has served as President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer of the organization, as well as Conference Chair for two of the FBA's largest attended events. She's also a member of the Community Vision of Osceola County, Central Florida Association of Environmental Professionals, Commercial Real Estate Women, and Back to Nature Wildlife Refuge. Anna previously served as an adjunct professor at Valencia College and has been a speaker at numerous trade and professional conferences, speaking on a wide variety of environmental and regulatory topics and concerns. Austin holds a lifetime of experience in challenges facing land development, developing his foundational understanding first-hand from each grandfather - one a farmer, the other an attorney. Brendan is a member of Dean Mead's Tax and Employee Benefits teams, where he assists in the tax-efficient formation, acquisition, merger, sale, and dissolution of a number of corporate entities and nonprofit organizations. His experience specifically includes addressing complex transactions involving Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) as well as advising clients on tax qualified retirement plans and nonqualified plans of deferred compensation. He also works with the team to represent taxpayers in tax controversy matters involving the Internal Revenue Service. These matters afford him the opportunity to leverage his prior experience as a Judicial Law Clerk on the United States Tax Court. A dual graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, Brendan received his J.D. in 2021 and his LL.M. in Taxation, with distinction, in 2022. He also holds a certificate in Employee Benefits Law from Georgetown. For his undergraduate studies, Brendan attended the University of Alabama, where he was a walk-on member of the football program before graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelors in Political Science.
