Bernie Baskovic has been entrenched in the management of condominiums for over 37 years. Bernie's expertise in the areas of H.V.A.C. systems, preventative maintenance, and long-range planning has frequently resulted in quality, effective, economic, and practical solutions for DEL clients and staff, to immediate operational problems and long-term conundrums. Bernie plays an instrumental role in negotiating beneficial bulk purchasing agreements on behalf of DEL's clients. Bernie continues to be a unique, value-added resource to our Managers and Client Boards of Directors who have come to rely on his non-nonsense approach to helping solve mechanical and maintenance issues.

Jennifer Wall has previously held the role of Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Tridel where she joined the Company in January 2021. Jennifer is a CPA, CA. She has spent many years in senior roles working for large public and private organizations such as Brookfield Asset Management, Dynamic Tire, Stanley Black and Decker and Mars Canada Inc. She has partnered with various IT teams on Finance strategies and initiatives including the implementation of SAP and Hyperion Planning. Jennifer has also been involved in various projects including Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Valuations, Corporate Governance and Financial Remediation.

Before being named Vice President of Operations and Business Development, Julian held the position of Director of Operations. As a seasoned professional with more than 20 plus years in the Property Management Industry, Julian has been proficient in growing the DEL brand, maximizing operational excellence, and delivering high performance. Guided by passion and love of the profession, Julian takes pride in providing excellent service to our clients, high-standard mentoring, and coaching the Senior Operations Team. He also headed DEL's Marketing Committee and played a key role in the continued development of strategic relationships with many Developers, ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace.

Michael Sentenai has been DEL's valued internal resource for almost 20 years. Michael transitioned from Condominium Manager to District Manager/Building Systems Manager and as of July 1, 2022, was promoted to the position of Director of Building Systems and Quality Assurance. Since 2008 he has overseen a portfolio of over 25 residential condominiums around the GTA. In addition, Michael worked at the senior level across our organization to determine immediate and long-term technical services for our clients; he developed guidelines for selection, contract negotiation, supplier selection on larger contracts and capital site improvement.
Naseer Abbasi was one of DEL's most senior District Managers and has proudly associated with condominiums since 1995. Naseer began his successful career at DEL over twenty years ago as a capable Condominium Manager. He earned a promotion to District Manager and then Director of Client Relations before being appointed President. Naseer's new role within the DEL organization will assist the Executive Committee, enabling him to expand his focus and apply his skills, knowledge, and experience to support a broader base of valued DEL clients.
