As Vice President at Diffusion, Allie leads a portfolio of consumer technology, enterprise and client services companies ranging from ambitious scaleups to established market leaders. During her over 10 years in the industry, she has helped to spearhead campaigns for innovators including Mobileye, USA TODAY NETWORK, Oracle, NetSuite, Red Hat, LegalZoom, Synchrony Financial, Informa/Ovum, Newsy, Loupedeck, Skylum and more. Allie has led her clients through multiple key campaigns, including funding/mergers & acquisitions, building data and research content programs, product launches and media events - including a press conference in Germany at BMW HQ with 48 hours' notice ahead of a holiday weekend! With a passion for media relations, Allie is instrumental in helping clients achieve the results that matter to them. Whether it's showing sales for a launch were generated through key reviews, boosting brand awareness to competitively gain share of voice in the market or sparking enough controversial coverage to get an investor's attention. She is there each step of the way to deliver counsel and help demonstrate measurable success through PR. Daljit is CEO and Co-Founder of Diffusion. He brings almost 20 years of public relations experience as an adviser to some of the world's leading brands, companies, and political organisations. Beginning his career launching start-ups during the dotcom era, he now guides new, established and challenger brands alike through an equally transformative period for business and communication. Daljit is passionate about working with brands to deliver stronger ROI by fostering real collaboration across communications, marketing, R&D and sales departments. Helping clients to successfully co-ordinate PR in multiple markets and then integrate campaigns across traditional media, digital and social media channels is central to the work Daljit has implemented for brands and organisations spanning the consumer, technology, and travel sectors. Finding and nurturing PR talent at all levels is one of the most rewarding aspects of his role. Daljit was a founder mentor for the PR Week UK/BME PR Pros mentoring scheme, launched in 2018 and sits as a non-executive director for Blueprinted, the industry-wide initiative to promote racial diversity, inclusion and equity in the PR profession.

Ivan is President and co-founder of Diffusion with 20 years of public relations and media experience advising both global leader and innovative challenger brands. Ivan cut his teeth as a journalist for several years before being excited by the first dot-com boom in the early 2000s, finding a passion for how PR could transform and deliver more profound business impact for brands at a time when online marketing was in its infancy and the social media world was but a brilliant idea germinating in the minds of today's technology industry leaders. A senior PR specialist for the consumer, media and technology industry, Ivan has worked with some of the leading players in the field helping them understand how to transform their communications platforms in rapidly changing times to connect with their target customers and audiences in new and more profound ways.
