Alex Lawlor

Alex is a CORU registered Chartered Physiotherapist having completed an MSc. in Physiotherapy at University College Cork. He is also a qualified Athletic Therapist following his undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy completed at SETU. Alex has experience working across a number of both clinical and sporting environments including private practice, acute hospitals and sports teams. He specialises in musculoskeletal injuries and utilises a combination of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation to empower people to return to their full function. Alex has significant experiences working with sports teams including Treaty Utd, Garryowen FC, Clare Mens Senior Hurling Team, Basketball Ireland and the Tipperary Men's Senior Footballers. Also this past year he acted as the lead physiotherapist for Young Munster RFC that competed in Division 1A of the AIL and the Munster U18 Clubs side during their interprovincial series. He is strongly interested in high performance and health and wellness and plays soccer and strength trains regularly. He believes in the positive impact of exercise for improving people's health, daily function and overall wellbeing.

Niall Barry

Niall is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from Brunel University in 2003 before gaining valuable experience working with a wide variety of clients and conditions in busy city centre hospitals and private practices in London, Lancashire and Dublin prior to establishing Dynamic Physiotherapy in 2009. With a huge enthusiasm for sports, and having played to senior inter-county GAA level, Niall works within a number of different sports with athletes at junior, amateur and professional level including Leinster and Irish Rugby, Inter-county GAA football and hurling, Irish Colleges Rugby and Irish Cricket. He is currently the senior physiotherapist for Clontarf Rugby and part of the medical team for the successful Dublin GAA football squad. He also holds an Honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation & Sports Science and has completed his Masters degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Trinity College Dublin. He specialises in rehabilitation of back and neck pain, sports and work place injuries. These include musculoskeletal sprains and strains from sport and repetitive strain, back and neck pain and injuries precipitated by the demands of prolonged sitting in a poor ergonomic position or posture.

Peter McNamara

Peter is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated with an honours degree from Trinity College Dublin. He is CORU registered and a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP). He is also an accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach. Peter has worked in Tallaght Hospital, treating patients with orthopaedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. He has helped individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, and returning to activity after injury. Peter believes that everyone, regardless of their fitness level or background, can benefit from exercise. He takes a practical approach to rehabilitation, combining hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programmes to build confidence and long-term resilience. His background in strength and conditioning helps him support patients in achieving their goals, whether that's returning to daily activities or improving sports performance. Peter has a strong interest in sport, particularly GAA, and enjoys working with athletes to enhance movement, reduce injury risk, and optimise recovery.
