We have an enthusiastic group of volunteer supporters, who assist with the wide variety of projects we are involved in, and who without we would not be able to offer our Members the support they receive... Doncaster and District Family History Society was founded in 1980 and covers the area as shown in the Archdeaconry Map of 1914, below... We are guided by a constitution, which outlines our objectives, but our mission is a simple one and that is to help people discover their ancestors who are from the Doncaster area.
