Steven L. Grodkiewicz

Steven Grodkiewicz serves as the owner and operator of Ecolife Development Corporation & Holdings. Grodkiewicz is a LEED accredited professional and licensed contractor. Throughout his career, Steve has served as the lead consultant and project manager for Paramount and Algiers at CityCenter, where his company built and installed each kitchen in the Mardarin Oriental residences. Grodkiewicz and his team completed the projects on time and under budget. Another milestone project for Grodkiewicz was his completion of the Thrift Store at Veterans Village. He spearheaded the recruitment of gifted materials and labor from subcontractors and volunteers. This project resulted with nearly $1 million dollars of donated goods and services. Grodkiewicz is proud to be a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and Tempe Chamber of Commerce, AZ. As a community advocate, Grodkiewicz is honored to serve as a lifetime member of the Protectors of Tule Springs. The mission of the Protectors of Tule Springs is to increase public understanding, appreciation, and enjoyment of the Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument. Additionally, Grodkiewicz previously served as a founding board member and executive director of operations for Last Friday, Just Add Water Street.
