Caleb has been a part of the Kansas City community since 1988. He loves being a small business owner and part of a growing movement to support local business. He has been in the lawn care industry for 10+ years now.
Caleb has an undergraduate degree from Ottawa University, and a Masters in Business from the University of Massachusetts. He has a wide range of practical and educational knowledge to share with his customers through his leadership of Dynamic Earth. Some of the key traits Caleb integrates into the company are quality, integrity, detailed invoicing, project schedules, and on-site customer meetings to discuss expectations and quality concerns. He is passionate about providing a very professional experience for each customer. This means a strong attention to the detail, and providing a top quality experience though a commitment to excellence in every facet of his business.
Caleb is married and has 2 children. In his free time he enjoys Crossfit, Basketball, Climbing 14ers, Skiing, Church involvement, and mission work. He has led & participated in humanitarian aid trips to over 6 different countries on 4 continents.
Carlos is originally from Mexico and has lived in the USA for almost 10 years now. Carlos is a very hard worker and pays close attention to details. He works on the mowing and landscaping crew and also has experience doing hardscaping work. Carlos has 2 daughters and enjoys soccer and horses. Carlos has worked
Erik spent 7 years in the Army as a Calvary scout. He was a weapons specialist and served in several tours overseas. Erik has experience in construction and has worked in landscaping in the past helping his older brother with projects. Erik is planning on taking classes at JCCC and working towards a technical degree, possibly in landscape design and installation.
Taylor started working for Dynamic Earth in 2016. He has been a great addition to our team. He brings experience in a number of different areas. He works primarily on the landscape and hardscape side of things. He has a great eye for detail and making sure everything looks great.
In 2017 Taylor will be working towards his chemical applicator license, ICPI certification, and SRW level 1. Taylor enjoys working on cars and hasn't come across anything he can't fix yet. He loves to deer hunt out in western Kansas on his families farm. He is currently taking classes at JCCC towards an associates degree.
