Deborah was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She joined Einstein & Gibson, LLC, as its receptionist in July 2019. Clients will talk to Deb when they call the office and will be greeted by her when they come for appointments. Deb is married and has three children, nine grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. In her free time, Deb likes to read, knit, crochet, bake, and spoil her great grand-daughter.

Dianne Einstein and Megan Gibson, the partners of the firm, are very experienced attorneys who have been working with clients in Franklin, Delaware, Union, Knox, Pickaway, Ross, Fairfield, Madison, Perry, and Licking Counties for years, helping them through these stressful transitions. Taylor Jones and Sadie Shaheen, the two Associate Attorneys with the firm, are valuable members of the firm with experience and knowledge in employment, custody and family law. When you come to our office, you will be welcomed by our friendly assistant Deborah Holleran. Dianne, Megan, Taylor, and Sadie work together to provide all clients with a good experience and to help them through their transitions.

Dianne DiNapoli Einstein was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, and was raised in Rayland, Ohio.
In 1996, Dianne graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law, and she was editor of the law review. She then worked for a law firm in Huntington, West Virginia, in general litigation where she gained valuable courtroom experience. After litigating a variety of cases, Dianne learned that she enjoyed employment and family law cases the most. So, when she moved to Columbus in 1999, she started concentrating her practice in those two areas of the law.
Dianne is an experienced employment lawyer who represents clients in the Central Ohio area. During her career, Dianne has handled a variety of interesting and unique cases, including race discrimination, age discrimination, disability discrimination, pregnancy and gender discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, divorces, dissolutions, collaborative divorces, same sex custody cases and adoptions.
Dianne is an experienced Columbus and Westerville divorce attorney and a member of the Columbus Bar Association, West Virginia Bar Association (inactive), Ohio State Bar Association and Ohio Employment Lawyers' Association. She has also received extensive training in Collaborative divorce, mediation and is a member Central Ohio Academy of Collaborative Divorce Professionals. Additionally, she has been voted by her peers as a Rising Star and a Super Lawyer every year since 2008. She has also received the prestigious rating of AV from Martindale Hubbell, and she was named a Lawyer of Distinction in Family and Divorce Law in 2018. Dianne is married to John Einstein, who serves as "Of Counsel" at Einstein & Gibson. They have one son, and they reside in Blacklick, Ohio.
John Einstein was born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia. In 1986, John graduated from Huntington High School, and he went to Emory and Henry College, where he played football. He graduated from Emory and Henry College in 1990 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Psychology. In 1996, John graduated magna cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was an editor of, and was published in, the Law Review.
After law school, John practiced business and tax law with Bailes, Craig and Yon, a law firm in Huntington, West Virginia. In 1999, John was recruited by Hahn, Loeser & Parks, LLP, a large Ohio law firm for their Columbus Office, where he continued doing business and tax work. It was at HLP that John began his representation of Volunteer Energy Services, Inc. Since 2011, John has served as Volunteer Energy's general counsel.
When John Einstein, Dianne's husband, joined the firm as "Of Counsel" in 2016, he brought over twenty years of business and tax law experience with him. John is "Of Counsel" so that he can assist Einstein Law clients on an as-needed basis, and he can still commit the time necessary to discharge his duties as General Counsel of Volunteer Energy, one of the largest retail suppliers of natural gas in the Midwest, where he is tasked with contract, banking, regulatory compliance and general awesomeness. John can provide advice on all business matters for our clients for the entire life cycle of our client's businesses. John has received the prestigious rating of "AV" from Martindale Hubbell.
John is a member of the Columbus Bar and Ohio State Bar Associations, and he volunteers his time to serve on the Home Owners' Association for Jefferson Meadows in Blacklick, Ohio. He is married to Dianne, and they have a son who is obsessed in his quest to develop superpowers.
He is a life-long mosher and listens to his death metal way too loudly.
Megan M. Gibson is a Partner at Einstein & Gibson LLC. She completed her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree in 2008. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree in 2011 from Capital University Law School, where she graduated Cum Laude with a concentration in Family and Children Law and was given the honor of the Order of the Curia for her exceptional academic achievements. Ms. Gibson also was a member of the Capital University Law Review. She has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers every year since 2015.
Prior to becoming Partner, Ms. Gibson acquired practical legal experience as an Associate Attorney at a local Domestic Relations law firm since 2011. Prior to being admitted to the bar, she was an extern for The Honorable Gregory L. Frost, United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
The focus of Ms. Gibson's practice is in the area of Family Law, which includes practicing in domestic and juvenile courts throughout the State of Ohio and includes providing legal representation for divorce, dissolution, child custody, parentage, child support, spousal support, prenuptial agreements, and post-decree matters.
Sadie Shaheen is an Associate Attorney at Einstein & Gibson LLC. Sadie was born and raised in Canton, Ohio. She attended Kent State University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree, majoring in finance with a minor in marketing. Sadie moved to Columbus, Ohio post grad and started law school shortly after.
Sadie earned her Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School, where she was on Dean's List and interned with the Franklin County Public Defender's Office and at a law firm where they specialized in Bureau of Workers Compensation Claims and Personal Injury.
As an Associate Attorney with Einstein & Gibson LLC, Sadie's practice areas include divorce, dissolution, custody, and employment. Sadie is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Committee, and Women Lawyers of Franklin County.
