Donald Wolf

Prior to his participation in the founding of EPP TIGRE in 1997, Donald was Chairman of Finestate & Robert, a French affiliate of the J.E.Robert Company, which provided asset management and due diligence services to American funds attempting to purchase nonperforming French bank debt secured by real estate. Previously, he had worked for over 20 years in the real estate field as a partner in The Holladay Group, a US real estate company developing property for its own account in the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-west states of the US. He also had practiced law for three years in New York, London and Paris with the law firm Coudert Brothers. Donald has an engineering degree from New Mexico State University, an MBA from Stanford University and a law degree from Harvard University. He speaks English and French.

Jean-Luc Caron

Jean-Luc joined TIGRE in 1998. He is responsible for managing the bookkeeping and accounting needs of all the entities managed by TIGRE. Also, he is responsible for cash management, bank relationships, financial follow up, French employer/employee reporting requirements, payroll, tax returns and tax declarations. He previously worked for more than 10 years as head accountant for FAIDHERBE a French property developer, which was an affiliate of Credit Lyonnais bank. Jean-Luc has a high school diploma and additional academic training in accounting. He is proficient in the use of accounting software such as CEGID, MTAE (for tax declarations) as well as office tools (Microsoft Excel and Word).

Karène Attali

Karène joined TIGRE in 1998. She has more than 15 years of real estate experience. Her responsibilities include underwriting of and closing real estate acquisitions, seeking debt financing, managing lender relationships, and financial reporting to investors. Karène started her career in 1996 as an analyst at Finestate & Robert (a French affiliate of the J.E. Robert Company) working on the purchase of non-performing real estate loan portfolios. Her team created proprietary valuation models for large portfolios of non-performing loans. She next had a position as a senior analyst at Transinvest Company, where she worked on asset acquisitions, debt financing, and the creation of property development models. She received a master of science degree in business administration from Sorbonne University (Paris) and an advanced degree in real estate from Sorbonne University (Paris).

Marc Belhassen

Marc joined TIGRE in May 2011. He is responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair activities for TIGRE managed properties. He responds to tenant repair calls, supervises inspections of and preventive maintenance for air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and elevator equipment in TIGRE buildings. Also, he prepares annual capital improvement budgets for TIGRE properties and selects and manages third party contractors doing work at the properties. He recommends measures needed to keep security, safety and other systems in conformity with French law. Before joining TIGRE, Marc had over 15 years experience working in his field. At times he was a self-employed consultant to clients like MRG, Johnson Control, and ACEF Consultants. At other times, he was employed in property maintenance and technical services by SOPAREC, FACEO France, ALTYS Multiservices. Marc has a high school diploma. In addition, he has received advanced technical training in air conditioning, mechanics, security systems, and related skills.

Nathalie Sadier

Nathalie joined TIGRE in 1998. Her responsibilities include tenant relations, selection and management of real estate brokers to lease vacant spaces, and preparation and negotiation of tenant leases. She works closely with tenants, follows up on invoicing of tenant pass through expenses, and manages any tenant litigation with outside legal counsel. She is also in charge of the legal documentation required of the many French legal entities managed by TIGRE (company formation, approval of annual accounts, share transfer agreements, and the like). Also, she handles all insurance activities for TIGRE (purchase of insurance policies and the handling of claims). Nathalie has over 25 years experience in the Paris real estate market. Before joining TIGRE, she worked for about 10 years for FAIDHERBE a French builder developer (which was an affiliate of Credit Lyonnais bank) rising to executive management, where she gained a rounded knowledge of the many aspects of the real estate field (acquisitions and sales, financial, legal, insurance, and property development). Nathalie has a high school diploma followed by two years of university formation (DEUG in German and English). She is trained in the use of the EGIDE software management system which is a tool to deal with tenant rents and reimbursable expenses as well as office tools (Microsoft Excel and Word).

Sandra Delvaux

Sandra joined TIGRE in 2000. At the time, she worked part-time as an intern as she was in a training course for her degree in Management Accounting. Sandra's work includes a wide range of accounting and bookkeeping functions including recording transactions in accounting software, review of bank accounts and cash management, handling accounts payable, and filing VAT declarations. In addition to her degree in Management Accounting, which she obtained in 2002, Sandra also has a high school diploma. She is proficient in the use of the accountancy software, known as CEGID, as well as office tools (Microsoft Excel and Word).
