Adrian Cloake is Chief Investment Officer of LCM Partners and a Director of Link Financial Group. He is responsible for investment strategy and day to day investment management oversight. This includes the evaluation and management of NPL portfolio investments and corporate development opportunities in the UK and across Europe. Adrian has been instrumental in growing the Group's loan business.
Prior to joining in 2002, Adrian was with Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance advising on private equity transactions, including Link's raising of venture capital in 1999. Adrian is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a Securities Institute Diploma.

Alan's career in account receivables began in 1989 and he has been with Link Financial since 1998. With over 25 years operational leadership and management experience, Alan has held a number of different roles during his time at Link. He currently manages specialist operations in our London servicing centre.

Brendan established Everyday (which is now Link Financial) in 2007 through the acquisition of Citifinancial Europe's Irish finance book. He was responsible for pricing, acquiring and collection of 600m of portfolio acquisitions in under 3 years. Brendan was previously COO of Finance Ireland and has also held senior management roles in Connacht Court Group, Aer Rianta International and Practical Finance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Frank is Link Financial's UK Managing Director and brings a wealth of experience to the company, having worked in the credit and banking sectors for over 30 years. He spent a large part of his career at HSBC across Europe, Asia and South America, before moving onto senior roles at Barclays and Dollar Financial Group. Frank holds a BA (Hons) in English Language & Literature from the University of Leeds, as well as an Executive MBA from Insead.

Heather joined Link in 2013 and has more than 25 years' experience in Consumer Finance. She has previously held senior roles at Avco Trust, Target Loan Servicing and 118118 Money. Heather has experience across all regulated product types including student loans and credit cards, but she specialises in outsourced arrears management and collections.
Jennifer joined Link in 2020, bringing significant experience with her from previous roles including Deputy Group Financial Controller at EnQuest and Manager of the Financial Reporting Advisory Group at Grant Thornton. Jennifer is ACA qualified and has a BA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.

Michael joined Link in 2018. He has extensive experience in the consumer credit industry, previous roles include Head of Legal (credit cards and personal loans) at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Head of Legal at Wonga and a secondment in the General Counsel's Division, FCA. Michael qualified as a lawyer in 2003.

Michael has held a number of senior management roles in banks and financial institutions, most recently as Operations Director of TSB Finance. Michael is a former Chairman of the Irish Finance Houses Association and Director of the Irish Credit Bureau, and currently holds director and secretary positions with a number of private companies.

Selina Burdell is a co-founder of Link Financial Group and LCM Partners where she is Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for operational and business planning strategy and implementation, including proprietary systems development and management.
Selina has been instrumental in building out the Group's European footprint and capability across 14 offices including the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany and Italy. This has been achieved through organic growth and business acquisition. Prior to founding Link in 1998, Selina was Head of Systems & Administration at Octagon where she was responsible for establishing and running the models and operational systems to manage and control its investments.

Stuart joined Link in 2012 after 15 years at MBNA Europe Bank where he held a number of senior managerial roles culminating in Vice President, Asset Sales and Legal Recoveries. He is responsible for new business and client relationships at Link. Stuart has a BSc in Business and Commerce from Loughborough University.

Tracy joined Link in 2005. Her previous experience includes roles at Lombard Bank, First National Bank & GE Money. Tracy has progressed in a number of roles at Link, most recently Senior Operations Manager, and was also seconded to the wider Link Group for a period to share her experience in operations and strategy with other Link Group companies.
