Joseph Weiss- Partner. Property Manager. Manages the apartment complexes, offices and shopping center of Nathan Weiss, including leasing and maintenance staff, and oversees the landscaping crews in Connecticut. He worked part-time for the company during high school and college and joined full time in 2015. Mr. Weiss previously held the position of manager for a Massachusetts based restaraunt.
Mark A. Asnes - CEO, Partner and Managing Member. In addition to running the day to day operations of Freehold Real Estate LLC, Mark heads acquisitions and takes a deal from inception through contract, finance, closing and office integration. Mr. Asnes, who previously was a franchisor of retail cellular telephone stores, When he joined that company, it had a system with Six franchised stores. He left ATI as chief operating officer in 2010, having built the company to 400 stores, including 100 stores added in 2008-9 alone. Since joining our group in 2010, Mr. Asnes has spearheaded the accelerated growth of the company.
Matt Goldblatt- Controller. Mr. Goldblatt, who has been with the company since 2018. Matt has a BA, Economics with a concentration in Business, Assumption College, 2004. Previously Matt was a senior accountant with the Gilman Corporation for 10 years where he was responsible for the financial health of the organization tasked with driving revenue growth, profit margin and ensuring the maximum return on all expenditures. He currently oversees all elements of accounting, collections and finance.

Matthew J. Riley- Partner. Regional property manager. Mr. Riley oversees a maintenance/renovation staff of 10 +/- and host of subcontractors. Mr. Riley began working for Mr. Gladstone 17 years ago. In that time he has purchased and sold several properties on his own. He joined our group in 2007. A licensed Realtor and a plumber by training, he has demonstrated a "rolled up sleeve" approach when necessary that has kept the properties rented and maintained, while controlling our costs.

Michelle Bourret- Partner. Regional Property Manager. Ms. Bourret oversees operations and accounting for new and existing acquisitions, working with Mr. Asnes to integrate new properties into the fold. She joined the company in 2012 and is also responsible for all policies and procedures regarding leasing and resident acquisition and collections. Previously, she managed property with Konover Development and also worked for Mr. Gladstone at the Wireless Zone.
Nathan B. Weiss - Partner. Mentors staff and advises on the legal, accounting, real estate brokerage and the financial aspects of deal analysis. Mr. Weiss, who started in property management in 1982, received an undergraduate degree from Cornell University, an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and is licensed as a real estate broker, a new home builder and a home improvement contractor. He has operated a chain of retail appliance, furniture and electronics stores, a mortgage banking and brokerage firm he founded, a real estate development company that subdivided land, built homes and condominiums; and the property management company that first managed Mr. Weiss's apartment complexes, office buildings and shopping center and now manages the mobile home communities.
Scott D. Gladstone - Partner. Directs team coordination, both in the home office and in the communities we operate. This includes building the teams that make our acquisitions so successful. Mr. Gladstone began selling mobile phones upon graduation from Keene State in 1991. Those efforts grew into 10 highly successful retail Wireless Zone stores. In 2000, he began developing condominiums with Mr. Weiss, eventually resulting in their first mobile home community investment in 2006. He is a licensed Realtor.
