Andrew is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to the Northern, Southern and Eastern U.S. District Courts for the State of New York. Andrew is a member of the New York State and Columbia County Bar Associations. He is the past Chairman of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, The Friends of the Choir of the Cathedral of All Saints and Columbia Clippers Travel Baseball. Andrew was inducted into the St. Lawrence University Athletic Hall of Fame as a member of the 1988 Track & Field team.
Andrew B. Howard, a founding member of the firm, practices extensively in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate level. Andrew is also actively involved in the areas of land use planning, municipal law, complex commercial and residential real estate law and lending, business organization and planning, and estate planning.
Matthew J. Griesemer has been employed at Freeman Howard, P.C. since the firm's inception and became a shareholder in January 2011. Matt concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, commercial and residential real estate, business formation and representation, zoning and land use planning as well as estate planning and estate representation. Matt is also employed as an Adjunct Professor at Albany Law School where he teaches Trial Practice I: Civil and Trial Practice II: Civil.

Paul is an Adjunct Professor at Albany Law School where he recently taught (2019-2022) a full year course in Civil Trial Practice.
Paul M. Freeman, a founding member of the firm, has been litigating extensively in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate level, for the past thirty-three (33) years. Paul has litigated cases in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, automobile accident litigation, commercial transactions, mortgage foreclosure, estate litigation and construction contract litigation.
