Dave is originally from Buffalo, NY but has spent the majority of his life in Tucson, AZ, which is where he met his wonderful wife. Dave is an IT professional with over 22 years' experience in the IT/technical field managing and directing organizations that range from large corporate Healthcare industries to smaller branch office locations. Dave is also an accomplished and successful bass tournament angler who loves to spend time with his family. Dave also enjoys gardening (with the help of his kids), and supporting his favorite Buffalo sports teams. Dave and his family are loyal hockey fans and you can often find them at the local arena either watching a Tucson Roadrunners game or rooting for their son at hockey practice and his games. Dave is extremely proud of his daughter, who is already an accomplished award winning artist at the early age of 12, and his son, who not only excels at ice hockey but also at reading academics.

Les has nearly 30 years of experience with national and international telecom companies and CLECs. He also has expertise working in IT with companies like Sprint, MCI, US West, Qwest, Time Warner Telecom and Tucson Newspapers. Les formed GSW Telecom in response to the needs of mid-size businesses to connect their locations securely, seamlessly, and simply to deliver a competitive, cost-effective advantage. Les has directed the expansion of thousands of miles of fiber network that enabled the launch of new technologies in IP voice, data, Internet and IoT solutions. As CEO, Les oversees the strategic and tactical business plans, technology, product marketing, and sales of GSW Telecom. Les is a U.S. Navy veteran and a proud 25-year resident of Tucson. He enjoys cycling, hiking playing guitar and spending time with his family.
