GRILLAS BBQ TEAM

2019 Marks the 23th year of competition for the Grillas BBQ Team. The team has gone though some changes over the years but the core values remain. Spread the love of BBQ with others, stay competitive, but Above all have FUN! The team has been very fortunate over the years because of the great people we have met and the competitions we have won. We are currently one of the oldest active competition teams on the circuit. What we mean by active is doing 6 to 8 contests per year. It has been so much fun these past years that we think we will just go for another 20. What the Hell... The Grillas have made there mark on the circuit these past two decades. The Team is arguably one of the best Brisket cooking teams that ever took the parking lot. There has been so many Blue ribbons in brisket we have lost count.
