Phil joined GMLTC in May 2022, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven ability to coach at all levels and across all ages. Phil joined the LTA in 1993 and has subsequently worked as an International & National GB Team Captain, as an international touring coach, as the Head Professional at Stoke Park and at the academy at Bisahm Abbey. He joins us from his Head Coach role at Chalfont St Giles. As a player Phil has competed on the ITF Senior Tour achieving a GB no. 1 ranking and world no.22 ranking. As you would hope and expect, Phil loves his tennis and is full of enthusiasm.

Ross joined us in April 2023 from High Wycombe LTC and previously Batchwood Regional Player Development Centre he has coached numerous county champions and worked with players up to Wimbledon qualifying level. As a player Ross represented his County, Captained his University team and competed in British Tour events. Ross has been GMLTC Head Coach since October 2023.
