Adam Jackson

Adam joins the Greenwood Homes team after successfully navigating the Tahoe Construction scene over the last few years. He studied International Business Management at Cal Poly and relocated to Truckee/Lake Tahoe shortly after. Adam possesses strong leadership, communication, and logistics management skills that he uses to provide the client with a valuable home building experience, helping to create their dream home in the process. Outside of work, Adam lives in the area to enjoy snowboarding, mountain biking, the beauty of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area, but most of all adventuring with his dog Finn.

Al Farrantine

Job Titles:

Al brings 45 years of construction knowledge to Greenwood Homes, with experience in all aspects of construction including time in the Bay Area Union, building custom homes in Colfax, finally landing in Truckee as a building inspector before returning to custom homes as a Superintendent. Al has an honest and hardworking work ethic, giving 100% with an ability to supervise and conduct every trade within custom home construction. Al's ability to maintain positive relationships with subcontractors brings a collaborative environment to enable him to deliver high-level projects with optimal cohesion. Al enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, traveling, exercising, and playing poker.

Ben Bourland

Ben, born and raised near Houston, Texas, spent several years in Coeur d'Alene before returning to Texas to be close to his family for a time. He is excited to be back in Coeur d'Alene as the Project Manager for the Idaho team. He has his bachelor's degree in construction science and management from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas and has over 6 years' experience in the construction industry. His energy, leadership and communication skills make him an important asset to Greenwood Homes. Ben loves hunting, enjoying the outdoors in beautiful Coeur d'Alene and spending time with his family.

Craig Bates

Job Titles:

Craig has been in the construction industry since 1982. When he was just 14, he started helping his mother, an interior designer installing blinds, shutters, draperies in Michigan. He started his career in Detroit, Michigan hanging sheetrock and learning the trade. Over the last 25 years he has perfected his craft building custom mountain homes and specialized in timber framing. Craig has made Tahoe his home for the last 15 years building mountain and lakefront homes. He also enjoys utilizing his drawing skills in the field to problem solve and communicate detailed information to others. He is a great asset to the team as he brings his construction knowledge, a positive attitude and leadership to Greenwood Homes. When Craig is away from work he enjoys hiking and RV camping with his family. He also finds time to play guitar and draw.

Javier Osornio-Rivera

Javier has been with Greenwood Homes for over a decade. After several years working on our crew as a talented finish carpenter, he looked to broaden his area of expertise. Javier is a quick learner and has an eye for details. Since he began his career at Greenwood Homes as a member of the crew, he has quickly gained the respect of his team. As one of our newest superintendents, he enjoys the leadership role as well as driving the build process towards the end result of a beautiful custom home for our clients. When Javier is not at the job site, he enjoys spending time with family, road trips, barbecues & going to the movies.

Joe Curreri

Job Titles:

Joe brings 38 years of construction experience to Greenwood Homes, with experience in all aspects of construction. His ability to coordinate and schedule work-flow with all the various subcontractors while ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship makes him a favorite request for Greenwood Homes repeat clients. Joe's ability to maintain communication among all parties involved in the building process enables him to deliver high-level projects on time and on budget. Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, and seeing the smile on a clients face when he turns over the keys to their dream home.

Kathie Goldberg

Job Titles:
  • Accounting Manager
BIO Leaving behind a career as a software developer in Silicon Valley, Kathie moved to Lake Tahoe in 1996 and spent 20 years raising her two wonderful children. She has been very involved in community volunteer efforts focusing on supporting the community's public schools, most notably as the coordinator of the Incline Star Follies. Kathie's contributions to the company are her attention to detail and her communication skills, both of which are invaluable assets towards her accounting duties. Away from the office, Kathie enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling, especially if those travels include visits with her now-grown kids.

Kelly Cullum

Kelly came to Greenwood Homes with almost 13 years of construction management, office administration and customer service experience. Her attention to detail, communication background and passion for organization helps our projects run smoothly and efficiently. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Kelly moved to the Inland Northwest to attend Whitworth College and has been in the area ever since. When she isn't busy raising her three children, she loves traveling, reading, and hiking.

Kelly Duff

Kelly has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. Starting off in Southern California, Kelly has called Kauai home since the 1990s. He currently resides on the beautiful north shore. Kelly brings his experience, quality, and care to the Greenwood team and every project that he is a part of reflects these qualities. In his free time, Kelly loves to surf, play tennis, and travel the globe.

Kevin Hanna - CEO, President

BIO The driving force behind Greenwood Homes, Kevin felt it was necessary to build the company on the principles he lived by as community service provider in the Fire Department. Greenwood Homes core values are: quality craftsmanship, unsurpassed customer service, and honest upfront client relationships. Kevin has built the Greenwood Construction team with individuals who emulate these qualities, along with their own unique skills.

Linda Tokunaga

BIO Beautiful Lake Tahoe has been Linda's home for 25 years. Linda spent over 20 years in the residential appraisal business and was the owner of Linda Tokunaga Appraisal Service in Incline Village for 12 years. She has also worked as a paralegal for various law firms and was a financial customer service representative for a local bank. Linda's strongest attributes are working with people and providing a positive experience. Linda's work and life experiences bring a wealth of knowledge to the table as Office Manager of Greenwood Homes. Linda's personal interests are relaxing with family and friends, cooking, walking and playing ping pong.

Ludi Salazar

Ludi moved to Incline Village in 1990 and attended Incline Schools. Ludi worked for 4 years at Incline Elementary School as a Bilingual Clerk assisting our Latino Community. In 2017 she moved to Sparks and transferred to Roger Corbett Elementary School for a couple of years before changing careers. Ludi accepted a position with a framing company working as Director of Operations which is where she gained her construction knowledge and experience. Her knowledge and skill set brings a fresh prospective to the team. When not working she likes spending time with her family, going to the movies and the beach, and traveling.

Marcin Wyszgrodzki

Marcin has worked with us for several years as a carpenter helping to build our beautiful homes, and recently has joined our management team as project coordinator for our Hawaii projects. His past work experience has helped him to bring a variety of skills from engineering to mechanical to construction to the team. After leaving Poland he relocated to Texas in 2005 to expand his opportunities. After taking several vacations to Kauai he finally decided to make it his home in 2017. He has a strong work ethic; his experience brings a valuable perspective to the project management team. He has excellent organizational skills; and has an innate ability to help wherever he is needed. Marcin's role as team player positively impacts the management of our projects. His goal is to support his team to provide the highest quality product to Greenwood clients. In his free time, Marcin enjoys surfing the ocean, hiking, and spending time with his family.

Matthew Bryan

An Idaho native, Matthew joined Greenwood Homes after a successful career as a general contractor, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in construction and construction management. Matthew is committed to providing quality workmanship for our clients and maintaining excellent communication between all involved. He also works hard to provide a safe and positive work environment for the team at Greenwood Homes and for the subcontractors working on each project. In his free time, Matthew enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his three children.

Matthew Hanna

Matthew brings both commercial and residential project management experience to the Greenwood team after working in Dallas Texas on large scale commercial projects along with his past experience in high end custom residential homes. Matthew was born and raised in Incline Village before heading to the east coast to attend college, where he obtained his Bachelor's in Economics from Bates College in Lewiston Maine. After College Matthew headed to Dallas Texas where he honed his project management skills before returning to his roots in Lake Tahoe. Matthew enjoys snow skiing, snowboarding, and snow mobile riding in the winter. Once the weather changes his interests change to warm weather activities, which include mountain biking, boating, hiking, and surfing.

Nick Negro

Nick comes to Greenwood Homes with experience in underwater construction. Nick earned an Associate Degree of Science in Marine Diving Technology and worked for the City of Santa Barbara Waterfront Department for 15 years as maintenance foreman and crew supervisor for dive projects on the waterfront. He moved to the Tahoe area over a year ago to work with a company fabricating and constructing high end steel piers on Lake Tahoe. We are excited that Nick has decided to make a shift in his construction career to join our project management team at Greenwood Homes. In Nick's free time he is happiest being outside in nature rafting, surfing, snowboarding, or playing disc golf. He also enjoys hanging out with his friends and playing outside with his dog Mariah.

Ruthanna Smith

Ruthanna brings a wealth of experience to Greenwood Homes having worked in a range of industries as a senior project manager with ties to corporate operations, human resources and change management. Having completed courses at the University of Berkeley in Project Management, Project Leadership and Building High Performing Teams, her skillset is an asset to the company's future growth. Born and raised in London, England, Ruthanna moved to San Francisco where she led the build of a distillery and renovations of corporate offices and hospitality spaces. After moving to Incline Village, Ruthanna and her husband welcomed their daughter in 2022. Her family enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending as much time in and around the lake as possible.

Scott Christensen

Scott is a 3rd generation builder and brings with him 35 years of experience focused on high-end custom homes in the wine country of Northern California. After several months working on our crew, he was quickly moved to his current Superintendent role due to his knowledge of the build process and his demonstrated leadership qualities. Scott works directly with our clients to make sure every step of the process is moving in the right direction. He is able to focus on, and prioritize, all the details from the start of the project build through to the end. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his 4 energetic kids and his beautiful wife.

Stacey Brandt

Stacey was born in Anaheim CA. When she was young, her family relocated to Reno, NV to start a concrete cutting company. Much of her work experience has come from her construction background. She has held various positions in the construction industry including A/R, A/P and Subcontract Administration. Greenwood Homes is pleased to welcome Stacey as our Hawaii Project Manager. She is an asset to the team with her extensive construction background. Stacey also brings the necessary attention to detail to successfully deliver beautiful homes to our clients. Stacey has four beautiful daughters and two golden retrievers. Her favorite activities include hiking and skiing, but she loves all things outdoors.
