Liz Stringer, Manager of Highpoint Access & Rescue, has worked within general business management, ERT Coordination, and Health and Safety advisory roles throughout her working life. As part of this, Liz currently holds a Cert IV Emergency Medical Technician and Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. Liz's qualifications enable her to conduct various training courses offered by Highpoint Access & Rescue, such as First Aid, CPR and Low Voltage Rescue (LVR). With years of experience in small business to large corporations, she has advanced her skills and knowledge to successfully manage Highpoint Access & Rescue.

Company Director, Rob Stringer is a qualified Electrical Fitter/Mechanic and has worked in industrial environments throughout all of his working life. With over 30 years of experience in the maintenance and operations sections of the electrical industry, Rob has developed an in-depth knowledge of power generation processes. This, combined with his skills, knowledge and experience as a Rope Access and Rescue Technician, Highpoint is able to provide a professional service to a wide range of industries.
Rob currently holds certification as a Level 3 Rope Access Technician and his High Risk Work Licence for a range of applications. Some of the other qualifications Rob has that helped contribute to Highpoint's capability are; Graduate Diploma in Maintenance Management, Cert IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor, and Cert IV Emergency Medical Technician. As part of his certification as a trainer and assessor, Rob is qualified to perform and to deliver training on Confined Space Entry and Rescue, Vertical Rescue, and Pole Top and Tower Access and Rescue.
Rob is an active member of the Australian Rope Access Association (ARAA) and Society of Rope Access Professional's (SPRAT), and is presently on the ARAA's board of directors as the National Technical Director. This involvement within the Rope Access Industry has seen Rob attend and speak at certain international events, such as:

More recently, Rob's involvement has seen him write and develop the newest version of the Rock Exotica Arizona Vortex User Manual.
Always looking to improve, Rob has used his skills to develop a rope rigging professional development series under the business Rope Rigging Academy. The training series is designed to advance the skills, knowledge and experience of the rope rigging professional by investigating concepts for evaluating the performance of equipment, assemblies and systems.
