Ruth has quickly become an integral part of our administrative team. Despite her quiet demeaner, Ruth is quite the workhorse behind the desk at our Lancaster-West office. She was also the elected tech expert behind the setup of our new patient communication software program with Spruce Health.
Ruth ensures our patients are comfortable and ready for therapy. She is great at getting to know each patient and seeing them progress throughout their treatment.

Sandy came to us with plenty of administrative experience in the medical field and has been a great addition to our team. Starting in the Lancaster-East office and then transitioning to Mount Joy, Sandy's flexibility has allowed her to contribute to a smooth patient experience. Sandy understands there are often underlying situations for patients who are dealing with pain so her goal is to make their experience a little brighter by greeting them with a smile and answering any questions they have upon arrival at the office.
When not at the office, Sandy enjoys spending time with her grown children and her rescue pup, a German Shephard. She also enjoys gardening and working outside, but her favorite pastime is cooking. On the weekends, you will find Sandy unwinding at her cabin in Clinton County, PA.
