John is a natural Kansas Citian and the newest member of the team. John attended the University of Kansas before pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Filmmaking and Advertising. After college John successfully ran start-ups in Kansas City before joining the corporate sales world. John's background in small businesses, the experience he gained working for large organizations and his love for Kansas City are core values of Haith & Company's vision of championing Kansas City's businesses and people.
Josh is a Kansas City native and son of Myron Haith. Josh graduated a Jayhawk from the University of Kansas in 2010 and set to work on developing his own specialization within the industry. In the last 10 years Josh has represented tenants, buyers and sellers all across the Kansas City metro. Now Vice President of Haith & Company, Inc., Josh works hard to manage Haith & Company. Inc.'s properties and clients while continuing to grow his book of business. Thanks to Josh, Haith & Company, Inc. is able to remain a contender in the industrial, commercial and retail spaces of Kansas City.
Larry Haith earned an economics degree from the University of Missouri- Kansas City in 1971, and he was designated a Certified Property Manager in 1980. His experience in real estate ranges from the development of raw ground to the sale of property, including apartment complexes, shopping centers, office buildings, and commercial warehouses. Larry oversaw the development of warehouse and office projects, the purchase of office buildings and property management with an emphasis on upgrading for maximum rental income.
* Sadly, Larry passed in November of 2020 but his legacy remains strong through the Haith name.
Since graduating from the University of Kansas, Myron joined his brother Larry at Haith & Company, Inc. in 1979. Myron spent his time specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial and investment properties. His projects include developing a 50,000 square foot space for Immigration and Naturalization Services Division of Homeland Security, the air cargo facility and a 30,000 square foot warehouse for Forward Air at Kansas City International Airport. Myron has also worked on projects such as a thirty-two-acre multi-tenant air cargo facility at St. Louis International Airport's Lambert Field for tenants such as UPS and Federal Express and, a 50,000 square foot space for the Olathe, Kansas, FAA. Haith & Company has also purchased and developed the 300,000 square foot Executive Hills North Tech Center near the Kansas City Airport.
Randi started her real estate career in apartment management, before joining Haith & Company over 25 years ago. Randi originally managed an apartment complex for Haith & Company, then later moved into sales and leasing. Randi is currently leasing and overseeing management of numerous industrial/flex spaces.
