Hendon Semiconductors has developed a flexible in-house testing system, called "Phoenix", which is used through all stages of the manufacturing process. The system has been developed specifically for testing of linear components but can easily be adapted to test digital systems. Each Phoenix tester is individually software programmable and can be flexibly configured for differing tests simply by loading a new program. All test results from the Phoenix tester are logged, providing individual tracking of test results for every tested part and enable statistical analysis of test results and yields.
