Dan Seeman

Dan is the Vice President and Market Manager for Hubbard Radio in Minneapolis-Saint Paul. Dan oversees KS95, myTalk 107.1, 1500 ESPN and the 24 station Hubbard Radio Network. A 32 year veteran of Minneapolis-Saint Paul radio, Dan's first job was as an intern for WLOL, the #1 CHR in Minneapolis-Saint Paul in the 1980's. Since then, Dan has worked in radio promotion, marketing, sales and management, and for 15 years was the General Manager for radio stations that include KFAN, K102, Cities 97, KMJZ, KOOL 108 and KDWB. A leader in the community, Dan has led radio stations to four NAB Crystal Awards, multiple Marconi awards, a Service To America Award and six AWRT Gracie Awards for community service. Outside the radio stations Dan is busy in the community serving on numerous boards and committees, including Tubman, Better Business Bureau, Pavek Museum of Broadcasting, Meet Minneapolis, Torch Theater, Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce, Ad Council, Alive & Kickin', Minnetonka Choir and Minnetonka Theatre. Dan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, married to his wife and together they have two daughters.

PAUL, Minn. - July 18, 2014 - Hubbard Radio today announced that Drew Horowitz, executive vice president and chief operating officer, would become president and chief operating officer, effective immediately. Ginny Morris will remain chairman and chief executive officer. Drew Horowitz is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hubbard Radio, LLC, overseeing operations in Chicago, Washington, D.C., Minneapolis-St. Paul, St. Louis and Cincinnati.Prior to joining Hubbard Radio in April of 2011, Mr. Horowitz was the Executive Vice President and COO of Bonneville International Corporation. He joined WTMX Radio/Chicago in the capacity of General Sales Manager in May 1992 and was promoted to Vice President and General Manager in January of 1993. Prior to joining Bonneville, Mr. Horowitz was Principal/COO of Lakeshore Communications, owners of small and medium-market radio stations. From 1976 to 1989 Mr. Horowitz held various management positions, including Vice President and General Manager at WFYR Radio/Chicago and Vice President and General Manager of WUSN Radio/Chicago. He graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in mass communications and a B.S. in American history. He serves on the boards of City Year, La Rabida Children's Hospital and Research Center and the Illinois Broadcasters Association. When managing the Chicago properties, he led them to four NAB Crystal Radio Awards for excellence in community service. He has also received numerous industry awards for his achievements. Most recently he was honored as the number- one manager in radio by Radio Ink magazine. Drew and his Wife Anne, an Interior Designer, reside in Chicago. They have three children Ethan, Mason and Alexandra.

Elizabeth Hamma - SVP

Elizabeth Hamma is Senior Vice President/Market Manager of Hubbard Radio's West Palm Beach cluster of radio stations including 97.9 WRMF, Sunny 107.9 WEAT, 103.1 WIRK Country, X102.3 WMBX, Beatz 96.3, 850 WFTL News and 640 Sports - The Hurricane. Elizabeth began her West Palm Beach radio career in 2002 as WRMF's Director of Sales and was promoted to General Manager in 2006. In June of 2012, Palm Beach Broadcasting acquired additional properties and Hamma was appointed Market Manager for the cluster. In 2016 Alpha Media acquired Palm Beach Broadcasting and Hamma appointed Senior Vice President. During her 35 years in the broadcasting field, Elizabeth has held several management positions in various markets including General Manager of Cox Radio's cluster in Louisville, Kentucky; Director of Sales for Clear Channel's WWWW/WDFN in Detroit, Michigan; and Clear Channel Radio's cluster in Syracuse, New York. A graduate of St. Francis University in Pennsylvania, Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Journalism. A person who believes in community involvement, Elizabeth has served on the Palm Beach State College Foundation Board for over ten years. She currently holds board positions with the Leukemia Lymphoma Society as well as the Urban League of Palm Beach County. Additionally, Elizabeth chaired the ALS Association's Walk to Defeat ALS two consecutive years, participated in several Susan G. Komen 3-day 60 mile walks and is active in several other local organizations. Elizabeth is passionate about mentoring, coaching and training. She served as a mentor for South Florida's Children's Home Society Project 18 program where she mentored a teenage girl who lived in group homes. Her mentee currently attends Palm Beach State College and is as a member of the promotions team for Hubbard Radio. She and Hamma continue to spend time together. Elizabeth resides in Jupiter with her husband of over 33 years. She has two adult children both of whom have joined her in the media field. Hamma's newest passion is her two grandchildren who Hamma refers to as "the best part of life so far."

Ginny Morris is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Hubbard Radio, LLC. Hubbard Radio operates 30 radio stations in Chicago, Washington, D.C., Seattle, Phoenix, Minneapolis- St. Paul, St. Louis and Cincinnati. Ginny Morris, a third generation broadcaster, is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Hubbard Radio, LLC. Hubbard Radio operates 30 radio stations in Chicago, Washington DC, Seattle, Phoenix, Minneapolis-St. Paul, St. Louis, and Cincinnati. While still in college in 1982, Ginny began working in the promotion department of their flagship TV station, KSTP-TV. She started with special projects and promotional events and eventually became the manager of that department in 1985. In July 1990, she was asked to take on the challenge of managing KSTP- AM, the original holding of the Hubbard Family's broadcasting business (originally licensed as WAMD in 1923). It was in that role that Ginny developed her true passion for and interest in the radio business. In May 1995, she added KSTP-FM (KS95) to her duties, becoming President and General Manager of both KSTP radio properties.

Strassell has served on the Arbitron (Nielsen) Advisory Council, the Radio Mercury Awards advisory committee, National Radio Hall of Fame selection nominating committee, and the Children's Miracle Network radio advisory committee. Greg Strassell is Senior Vice President of Programming of Hubbard Radio LLC. Hubbard Radio operates 30 radio stations in Chicago, Washington D.C., Seattle, Phoenix, Minneapolis-St. Paul, St. Louis and Cincinnati. Strassell has served on the Arbitron (Nielsen) Advisory Council as group programming representative for the industry during the launch of the PPM ratings system. Greg Strassell is Senior Vice President/Programming for Hubbard Radio. After many years competing with, and observing Hubbard Radio culture, Strassell had become a fan of Hubbard Radio's dedication to the brands, communities, employees and culture, and joined Hubbard in June 2015. His multi-format programming background has impacted the programming and ratings, overseeing strategy and brand changes, at many radio stations across America through previous roles as SVP/Programming at CBS Radio and iHeartRadio. He also served as VP/Product Development/Programming at American Radio Systems in the late 90's, as ARS grew out of Boston, from 4 stations to a 96-station publicly traded group before selling to Infinity Broadcasting. (Now CBS Radio) Prior to that, Strassell launched and programmed one of America's most successful Hot Adult Contemporary stations, WBMX, Boston, which received numerous ratings and industry awards for excellence. Originally starting at 15, on-air, in his hometown of WTCJ Tell City, Indiana, Strassell eventually was an air talent and programmer at stations in Evansville, IN, Indianapolis, IN, Rockford, IL, and eventually programmed CHR WLOL Minneapolis/St. Paul, which achieved a successful ratings turnaround under Emmis Communications.

A digital media services company built by Hubbard Interactive in Cincinnati, 2060 Digital will begin serving Hubbard Radio in seven markets: Chicago, Washington, DC, Minneapolis-St. Paul, St. Louis, Seattle, Phoenix and Cincinnati. 2060 Digital will provide digital solutions for clients, including website and mobile site build out, SEO, SEM, retargeting, social media management, content and video. Industry veteran, James Bryant, was appointed President of 2060 Digital, LLC. Jeremy Sinon

Jeremy Sinon is the VP of Digital Strategy for Hubbard Radio. A digital professional since the mid-90's, Jeremy has seen everything from the dot-com-boom to the birth of Social Media, Mobile Apps and more. Coming from a design background, Jeremy approaches every digital problem with thinking about the user experience first and foremost. His ability to look toward the future and plan for what's to come has helped Hubbard conquer many modern-day digital challenges. In recent years, Jeremy was the primary charge behind Hubbard designing and building their own proprietary streaming platform and mobile apps. Jeremy was also the thought leader behind Hubbard's listening rewards platform. Other projects include podcasting initiatives, station web sites, and more. Having been with Hubbard since 2006, and in the broadcasting industry since 2003, Jeremy has a strong instinct with how emerging digital technologies can help radio to grow and stay current with modern trends. When he can, Jeremy still tries to find time to lend his design abilities to UI/UX projects, station branding, marketing and more. As he says, he is at his happiest when he can still get his hands dirty. Jeremy resides in the southwest Minneapolis suburbs with his wife and two sons. Joel Oxley - SVP

Joel Oxley is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of WTOP, WTOP.com and FederalNewsRadio.com. He joined WTOP in 1992 and worked his way up the ranks in sales and sales management to General Manager in 1998. In 2000, he became responsible for the newly started FederalNewsRadio.com. Oxley took on the additional role of General Manager for WGMS, and in 2003 was named GM of Z104 Radio. In 2004, Oxley was named Senior Vice President and Market Manager of the DC division. Mr. Oxley graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. Mr. Oxley has served many years on the board of the Metropolitan Police Boys and Girls Clubs, and has led his radio stations to multiple awards including numerous Edward R. John Kijowski - VP

John Kijowski is Vice President and Market Manager of Hubbard Radio St. Louis. Having spent most of his career in the Gateway City, he is comfortable to call St. Louis home and he carries a passion for serving this region through broadcast. Mr. Kijowski received his degree from St. Louis' The Broadcast Center, and his career spans nearly three decades in sales and broadcast management. He has worked for some of the top broadcast companies in the region and has overseen the operation of more than a dozen radio stations, including 101 ESPN, 106.5 THE ARCH, which launched in a cloak of secrecy over a three-day period and quickly became one of the top, most successful stations in the country and has been for the past three years, 92.3 WIL-FM, to name a few. In the early '90s, he also managed the launch of the successful alternative pop-culture radio hit, 105.7 THE POINT (KPNT). His success carried over at THE POINT, and many of its sister stations became part of the Sinclair Broadcast Group. During his tenure there, John served as a Director of Sales prior to becoming a General Manager for two of the company's stations in 1998. In that year he became the Market Manager for the entire radio division in St. Louis. October 2000 marked the dawning of a new era in St. Louis broadcast radio, when Mr. Kijowski accepted a position as Vice President and Market Manager with Bonneville International. He currently holds the same position with Hubbard Radio. He and the St. Louis team have embarked on a huge community service campaign, both in on-air PSAs and in volunteer work throughout the St. Louis community. They are indeed making huge a difference in St. Louis! John Kijowski is Vice President and Market Manager of the Hubbard St. Louis Radio Group. Born in Ohio but raised in St. Louis, he considers himself a true St. Louis native.

Keith Lawless was named VP/Market Manager for Hubbard Radio-Chicago. Hubbard Radio operates four radio stations in Chicago: WTMX 101.9 FM (The Mix), WDRV 99.7 FM/WWDV 96.9 FM (The Drive) and WSHE 100.3 FM. Chicago is the largest market in the Hubbard Radio portfolio. Lawless is a 33 year veteran of the radio industry and spent the last 25 years of his career with Cox Media Group, most recently as Regional Vice President overseeing Houston, TX and Tampa, FL. Prior to that and during his tenure, he held the positions of Account Executive, National Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, VP/General Manager and VP/Market Manager. Prior to his time with Cox Media Group, Lawless held various sales and management positions with Clear Channel Communications, Paxson Communications, Reier Broadcasting and Gross Communications.
