Ato Ayenew Alemneh, who was a teacher in the ministry of Education prior to joining Ethiopian Airlines in 1982, had held different management positions within and outside Ethiopia Airlines. Some of the job positions include Senior Instructor at Ethiopian Airlines School of Marketing, Manager Central Reservations at Ethiopian Airlines, Area Manager Eritrea at Ethiopian Airlines, Regional Manger at Ethiopian Airlines for India and S.E. Asia, Director Cargo Marketing at Ethiopian Airlines, Station Manager for Star Equatorial Airlines, Equatorial Guinea and Manager Marketing for Djibouti Air. Ato Ayenew has attended a number of Aviation related short trainings such as Basic Marketing from Ethiopian Airlines, Professional Selling Skills from IATA , Geneva, Training the Trainers from Ethiopian Airlines, Aviation Instructors Workshop IAMTI/IIFGA from New Delhi, Airline Marketing from IATA ,Geneva, Inter. Negotiation Skills from IATA,Addis Ababa, The Airline Industry Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow from Ethiopian Airlines. Ato Ayenew joined ICAS in 2013 as Manager Passenger Services at Bole International Airport and later on moved to Cargo as Manager Cargo Services.

Ato Geremew Amentie

Ato Gerremew Amente, was a teacher of Industrial Arts in different junior comprehensive high schools and a general mechanic at Addis Ababa Technical school prior to joining Ethiopian Airlines as Aircraft and Power Plant Technician. He then grew through the ladder up to senior aircraft technician and was further promoted to the position of Aircraft Maintenance reliability analyst in the quality assurance department. Ato Geremew has also worked as Supervisor Reliability Assurance for 9 years and acting Manager Technical Audit during the absence of the Manager. He has taken different courses including but not limited to Leadership skill, Systems and Procedures, Budgeting and Cost Control, Safety Management System, Report writing etc. Ato Geremew joined ICAS as Senior Safety Supervisor and is currently serving the company as Safety and Quality Manager.

Ato Solomon Tesfaye

Ato Solomon Tesfaye joined International Cargo and Aviation Services (ICAS) in December 2017 as Manager Administration and Finance. Prior to joining ICAS, he has held different managerial positions such as Budget and Accounts Head at Ethiopian Science and Technology Commission, Audit Department Head at Federal Urban Planning Institute, Budget Division Head at Ministry of Works and Urban Development, Audit Department Manager at Federal Prison Administration, General Manager at Ras Desta Damtew Referal Hospital and Deputy Audit Bureau Head at City Administration. Ato Solomon is a holder of Diploma in Law, BA Degree in Management, BSC Degree in Business Education and MA in Vocational Management. Ato Solomon has also taken different short and long term trainings and has secured certificate on courses such as Management Information System, Business Process Re-engineering, Government Policy and Strategy, Leadership skills, Leadership and Management, Quality Management System, Internal Auditing, Performance Auditing, Basic Management Skill and Management.

Ato Zelalem Teklu

Ato Zelalem Teklu joined ICAS as Ramp supervisor in early 2017 and was later promoted to the position of Manager Ramp Service since July of same year. His tremendous aviation experience has allowed him to work for different airlines for the past 18 years. He served at Ethiopian Airlines working in the Ramp Service as a Ground Support Equipment Operator and inspector of ground support equipment from 2001-2005. He then moved to Air France- KLM Group of Airlines as passenger handling supervisor, Ramp Supervisor and Sales executive from 2005-2013. He also worked for Qatar Airways from 2014-2016 as a senior Airport Service agent in-charge of Ramp operations. In addition to his work experience, he has gone through various international trainings and educational preparations that helped him attain his current position successfully.
