ICTD

The ICTD is based at the Institute of Development Studies. It was founded in 2010 and is funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad)... The ICTD is overseen by an advisory group, which exercises professional due diligence over the management of the Centre and advises the leadership team on strategy... The ICTD is an independent research centre focused on improving tax policy and administration in lower-income countries.
