Corey Smith has been serving and advising those in the car business for almost 20 years, specializing in service writing, training and mentoring. Bringing with him vast knowledge and experience, from all over the state of Maine, including major dealerships such as Lee Auto Group, Quirk Auto Group, and Berlin City Auto Group.
Named number 1 Service Advisor for three years in a row; Corey loves training, teaching, guiding and assisting others to see their own potential. Corey's work ethic is one to be admired and his confident yet calming presence is something all clients can relate to and connect with.

Corey dabbles in numerous activities which include home improvements and restoring his antique truck - but he primarily enjoys music. He has worked in the radio business, on air and events for years, and has recently built up a successful DJ business which he hopes to pass onto his son one day. Corey is also a loving husband and father to three children.

Diane is an accomplished trainer and executive assistant, with over 18 years spent in various roles in the automotive industry and nearly 25 years in administrative capacities in both the corporate and automotive worlds. She started out in the corporate world as the administrative assistant to the partner and senior accountant in a prominent CPA firms but feeling the need for a change of pace, she took a position with Boch Enterprises and started a diversified automotive career, including time as a registrar, deal processor and ultimately office manager.
Reynolds and Reynolds recruited Diane away from Boch for her real-life experience and ability to communicate and train with ease. Diane specialized in Front End Applications and worked with many dealerships throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. Diane's experience with various DMS systems, programming and report generation make her a great "behind the scenes" asset.

She currently lives in Holyoke, Massachusetts and enjoys cooking, attending Broadway shows, and traveling. A native Rhode Islander, she has lived and worked all around New England. She is a die-hard New England Patriots and Montreal Canadians fan.
Ilya Shnayder is known throughout New England as one of the top personal producers in the country, having averaged over $2,500 per transaction in F&I profitability for over 15 years. He has trained literally hundreds of Business Managers and Finance Directors during his tenures as Vice President/Director of Finance of Boch Enterprises and as the Corporate Finance Director of International Cars, Ltd and of The Herb Chambers Companies where he oversaw F&I operations for 54 automobile dealerships in multiple states. He established Janus Automotive Services to provide stand-alone dealers and small groups the same level of service that the "big boys" get from their in house corporate finance directors without having to pay $300,000 - $400,000+ per year.
A big believer in menu selling, Mr. Shnayder is a master of building value in the products being sold thus reducing dealerships' reliance on finance reserve as their primary back end profit center dramatically reducing chargebacks and improving CSI scores. He is also a big proponent of training, not just in an F&I school environment, but also sitting in the finance office taking TO's while Business Managers watch and then sitting in on their TO's and critiquing them.
