As director of sales for Novelty Hill and Januik wineries, Andrea Slichter oversees global sales planning and execution. She manages distributor, importer, and key trade relationships, reporting to the wineries' owners, and also oversees wine packaging design.
Andrea is an industry veteran with more than 30 years sales experience. She joined Novelty Hill-Januik in 2009. Prior to that, Andrea served as Pacific Northwest regional sales manager for Foster's Wine Estates overseeing an international portfolio of premium wines. Her employment with Foster's followed the company's acquisition of Southcorp Wines in 2005. She joined Southcorp in 1996. From 1990-1996, Andrea was regional sales director for Brown Forman/Fetzer Vineyards in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho and Montana. She launched her career in the wine industry in Seattle in 1985 as a wholesale wine representative, first for G. Raden and Sons and later for Noble Wines Ltd.
