JHSA is a ‘service' company. All employee benefits brokerage companies have the same access to carrier products at the same prices. What separates the different local brokerage companies one from the other is ‘service'. Our ideal client allows us to take over all of the mundane tasks associated with employee benefit programs - employee enrollment, COBRA notification/election, HIPAA claims advice and counsel, etc. Employees are encouraged to come directly to us, helping to separate our clients from any private employee health concerns... JHSA is not the largest benefits brokerage company in the bay area. In fact, there is no company intention to ever be so. Not all businesses are better because of size. Our goal is to make every client, regardless of size, feel like they are "the big fish in the small pond". In other words, all of our attention is focused on each of our clients. When our clients call, we respond. When our clients have a problem, we have a problem.
