As we are a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation, please call as soon as possible and at least 14 days (groups 30 days) prior to your scheduled arrival. If changed or cancelled more than 14days prior to your original arrival date we will try to accommodate any scheduling changes that fall within our policy and if we cannot, or you wish to cancel altogether, your advance payment will be refunded less a $35.00 administration fee per room. For cancellations within 14 days of your scheduled arrival: As a condition of your confirmed reservation, you agree that the advance payment required for the confirmed reservation (50% of the full cost of the confirmed reservation or one night's cost, whichever is greater) will be forfeited immediately upon any cancellation within fourteen days of your scheduled arrival.
