He also provides day-to-day service on his portfolio of accounts ensuring that all questions and needs are addressed promptly. AJ started working at KMRD in October 2022.

Chris is a Senior Relationship Manager and Partner responsible for new business development, account management, and servicing the day-to-day needs of client businesses.
Prior to KMRD, Chris was a founding partner of Embrook Benefits. Based in Willow Grove, PA, Embrook empowered mid-sized organizations throughout Pennsylvania to lower their health care spend while simultaneously improving the administration of benefit plans and other HR headaches. Embrook's proprietary 4D Process enabled organizations to evaluate if they can take advantage of newer, innovative health care strategies to lower costs while improving benefits. Chris has been in the insurance business since 1994.
At KMRD, Chris combines his passion for creating efficiencies for smaller businesses, with his ability to design comprehensive benefits, HR and compliance solutions. Chris is taking a new approach to healthcare benefits, best summarized as "healthcare supply chain management". This model allows companies to apply the same effective cost-control practices they leverage in other parts of the organization to their healthcare costs - the process eliminates wasted expenses, redirects dollars to produce a measurable ROI, and optimizes the employee healthcare experience creating a more loyal, productive, and profitable workforce.
Chris spends much of his time with current and prospective clients, while also constantly vetting new benefits offerings, technology vendors and payroll and HR systems. He is a Health Rosetta Charter Certified Advisor, which significantly adds to his ability to execute forward-looking health plans.

Jeff Brown has more than 44 years of proven experience in the insurance industry, including ownership of a well-respected Property and Casualty firm located in West Chester since 1982. He remains active in the West Chester community, serving as the President for The Citizen Recognition Project, honoring members of the community for their involvement. Over the years, Jeff has served as a professor for insurance institutes with a mission to educate young professionals.

Jeremy is an industry veteran with expertise in property and casualty commercial and personal lines products and offerings.
With over 13 years of property and casualty experience in commercial and personal lines, Jeremy brings deep expertise in the acquisition, management, retention, and renewal of small and middle market clients - with an emphasis on long-term relationship building as well as excellent customer service.
Before joining KMRD, Jeremy worked as Producer/Risk Management Consultant for M.F. Irvine (an AssuredPartners Company). Prior, he worked for Aon as Account Specialist and Nationwide Insurance as Insurance Agent.
Prior to entering the insurance industry, Jeremy spent five years working for KidsPeace, a private charity serving the behavioral and mental health needs of children, families and communities.
Originally from the Lehigh Valley, Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University.
Joe is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting and tax compliance for KMRD
Prior to KMRD, Joe was the President of Joseph F Robinson & Company where he served individuals and small business with tax and accounting services.
Joe first began his career as a CPA for Beucler Kelly & Co., serving many real estate partnerships. While pursuing a Masters in Information Technology, Joe joined Elko Fischer McCabe & Rudman Ltd. At EFM&R, Joe formed their first computer committee, installed Novell networks, managed the IT department and consulted with many clients on accounting, tax hardware and software needs.
In 1996, Joe formed Joseph F. Robinson & Company and accepted the CFO position at Paul Hertel & Co., Inc., a highly regarded insurance brokerage in Olde City Philadelphia. Joe installed Hertel's first PC based insurance agency management system, TAM. During that time, Joe became President of the local TAM user group and Treasurer of the national group, ASCnet. He taught for ASCnet throughout the USA on financial reporting and introduced Pivot Tables to its 100,000 members. Joe helped lead the sale of Hertel to Beneficial Bank and became President of Beneficial Insurance Services; a $100M insurance brokerage operation with 50+ employees. With the sale of Beneficial Bank to WSFS, Joe spearheaded the sale of the Insurance subsidiary to USI; joining them as President of their Plymouth Meeting office.

Tina is a Client Services Manager and Partner responsible for servicing the benefits and HR consulting needs of clients using KMRD's unique servicing model.
Prior to KMRD, Tina Van Buren was a founding partner of Embrook Benefits. She is a systems guru when it comes to the intricacies of navigating benefits and HR administration. Tina advocates for her clients - from solving problems that arise among payors, providers and other service providers, to an eye for detail when it comes to compliance with ERISA, HIPAA and IRS regulations - and virtually eliminates the headaches associated with insurance carriers, payroll systems and employee management systems.
In 1992, Tina began her career as the Manager of Flexible Benefits Administration at Buckman Van Buren, a business support services company that provides employee benefits, property and casualty as well as retirement plan services. She spent the next 10 years as a Manager of Account Services for CBIZ, where she managed employee benefits administration and group insurance for clients with 20 to 2,000 employees. Along with helping clients design cafeteria health plans, Tina ensured compliance, resolution of billing and claims issues and communication of benefit programs to employees. Tina moved on to work as a Client Relationship Manager at eBenX, where she specialized in new plan implementation. An industry-leading employee benefits management software company, eBenX was among the first to provide employees with online enrollment and access to benefits information 24/7 while streamlining billing and electronic reporting to carriers.
