Myles Kaupp started the business in 1929 and carried on until 1939 when he became the Electric Superintendent at Houser Machine until April 1945. Myles resumed the business again in February 1946 and formed a partnership with his son Frank on his return from the service. Myles' youngest son, Jack who has since retired, joined the business in 1956 when the company incorporated. When Myles passed away in 1957, his sons Frank and Jack took over the business. A third generation of the family, Frank's sons Danny and Peter, joined in partnership with the Company in 1972.
