Cheri has worked in Human Resources at Leroy Springs & Company, Inc for more than 20 years. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UNC Chapel Hill and is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a member in the local SHRM group - Carolina's Chapter/Greater Charlotte area. Cheri enjoys hiking, biking, camping, cooking plant-based meals and spending time with family and friends.
Crystal coordinates payroll for all of the talented employees within the Leroy Springs & Company family of brands. Crystal earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with concentration in Human Resource Management from Strayer University and Master of Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources Leadership from Jack Welch Management Institute. Crystal moved to Fort Mill from New Jersey in 2020 to enjoy warmer weather with less snow, which she enjoys at Anne Springs Close Greenway℠. Crystal also enjoys spending time with her husband, their children and granddaughter.

Lisa worked in Human Resources/Payroll for 12 years before signing on with Leroy Springs & Company. She now assists the Human Resources team with administrative needs while also volunteering with her church's preschool program. Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and family and can often be found completing projects at home in her lawn.

Regan serves Leroy Springs & Co. as the HR Recruiting Coordinator, leading all the recruitment efforts for the company. A graduate of University of South Carolina, Regan developed a love of the outdoors growing up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. In her free time, you can find Regan, her husband and her daughter on the lake, walking/hiking trails, kayaking the river, biking, finding new and unique restaurants in the area or traveling and exploring new places.
