I joined Lighting Options Australia in 2020. Having previousley worked in the Building, Development and Finance industries.
I have been involved in lighting since 1998. I became passionate about lighting early in my career and, realizing that lighting would be a big part of my life, I acted on gaining the best possible knowledge and education while continuing to gain on the job experience.
I have experience in many aspects of the lighting industry, from warehousing through to senior management, specifically within the architectural specification sector and working in partnership with several internationally renowned brands.
As a co founder of Lighting Options Australia Pty Ltd, I manage the day-to-day operation of the company. I am highly motivated and focused on delivering the best possible solutions and service to our clients and ensuring the long-term success of the company.
Over the years we have built up very strong relationship in many segments of our industry, from architects to designers to end user customers. The success of Lighting Options Australia is to continue to utilise the strong relationship that Ben with Furniture Options and The Chair and Table Warehouse has built up over the years. Combining Lighting Options Australia into one Design Centre that can promote their strong name brands successfully and with the quality and respect they deserve.

I have worked in the building and construction industry for 10 years and worked in the lighting industry for 6 years. In those 6 years I have become very passionate about lighting and it plays a big role in my life.
I have worked in various areas of the industry to get to where I am now. I love helping customers and have a passion for the principles of good lighting solutions. I always enjoy furthering my knowledge and education in lighting, while gaining on the job experience.

I have more than 15 years experience in management roles including business development, key account and sales team management. During this time I have worked for primarily for wholesalers or distributors, with portfolios of products from a wide variety of suppliers, from international corporations to small local & overseas manufacturers. This has given me an intimate knowledge of each & every step in the supply chain, so I am able to make sure projects are delivered on time & within budget.
