Over a career spanning almost 22 years representing retailers nationwide, Josh Podell has worked for some of the world's largest retail and fashion conglomerates. As Director of Real Estate at Speedo Authentic Fitness Stores (a division of Warnaco at the time) Josh helped aggressively grow the chain from 30 to over 120 stores. Josh then spent almost 10 years at G+G Retail (RAVE, G+G and Rave Girl stores) managing and building the portfolio to over 600 stores, including 60+ stores in Puerto Rico, by the time he was SVP of Real Estate and Construction in 2005. Josh subsequently joined Jones Retail Corporation in January 2006 as Vice President of Real Estate. A division of Jones Apparel Group, the company's 1,000 store chain includes brands such as Nine West, Anne Klein, Easy Spirit, Jones New York, Bandolino, and Shoe Woo. Over the course of his career, Josh has completed several thousand retail real estate transactions in every type of retail real estate.
