I am very proud to be the Executive Headteacher of this wonderful school, with hard working children, dedicated staff and a shared love of learning. Our school vision ‘From a tiny seed… all things are possible' is at the heart of all we do. We have high expectations for all our learners, including the staff, and foster positive, caring relationships to create an environment based on mutual respect, trust, compassion and hope. Through our well-sequenced, knowledge rich curriculum, which is enhanced by trips and visits, our children develop a secure core knowledge across a broad and balanced curriculum... By working in partnership with St Benet's Multi Academy Trust, parents and the Diocese, we aspire for all our children to leave Little Plumstead C of E Primary Academy as resilient and ambitious young people who have the knowledge to succeed, the ambition to flourish and the desire to follow their dreams.
