Bryan is an experienced manager and subject matter expert who leads Mainspring's delivery operations in continually improving processes for delivering implementation services, analytics, business intelligence and contract management solutions. Bryan brings over 10 years experience in contract management, software implementation and consulting related roles. Bryan has previously served as a director for a Fortune 400 health system and in management related roles at one of the nation's largest healthcare payors.

James leads clients in finding user-centric solutions to contract management challenges. He supports clients in evaluating technologies, building actionable roadmaps, and designing realistic approaches to implementations. As the technology landscape transforms to more AI driven solutions, he ensures that Mainspring's customers are prepared to benefit. James has been in a consulting for 12 years since transitioning from an in-house contracting role at a major biopharmaceutical. When not with clients, James spends his time learning the latest trends from his two children.

Karthik Radhakrishnan with over 30 years of experience spanning across different industries and various technology areas. Provides leadership in the areas of Contract Lifecycle Management software implementations, Enterprise Integration, Data Analytics involving ML and AI. Held various positions at product development organizations before transitioning to consulting.

Mauro co-founded Mainspring in 2012 and serves as its Chief Revenue Officer working with clients and partners to recommend and synthesize innovative business solutions that reduce costs, increase revenue and mitigate risk. Mauro has previously held management and practice lead positions at "Big 5" and boutique consulting firms, supporting multinational clients, primarily in Health Life Sciences, with their global Source-to-Pay and Quote-to-Cash enterprise initiatives for the Sales, Legal, Procurement and IT business functions. Mauro earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Columbia University.
Peter is an experienced executive and industry leader with over 35 years of experience, building strong client relationships, managing, operating and delivering business and technology strategies. He serves as Mainspring's Chief Operating Officer. Peter has previous executive leadership positions at 2 of the top "Big 5" Management Consulting firms. He has also held a CIO position which leverages his deep understanding of technology as well as delivering value and quality at a level which all of Mainspring's clients deserve and demand, across Health Life Science, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Industrial Equipment related industries.
Robert serves as Mainspring's Chief Financial Officer primarily responsible for tracking, driving and reporting the company's financial performance as well as assisting on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to recruiting, Human Resources and operations. Robert is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder with more than 25 years of broad experience in finance and real estate.
