They worked tirelessly to serve their customers' needs over the years. In 2020, Ron Lowen retired from the company and passed the torch to another veteran of the HVAC industry, Phil Viruso. He entered the industry in 1986 and started his first HVAC company with his father in 1995 in western NY. Phil took the business over in 2003 and eventually sold it in 2014, when he and his wife Dawn had had enough of the long winters and decided to move to the Sunshine State.
