Andrew Widmark - CEO, Chairman

Andy serves as Chairman and CEO of Mark Properties, working in the North Carolina office. As CEO of the Company and general partner of a number of real estate investment entities, Andy formulates the operating and leasing strategy for a substantial portfolio of properties. Andy has been involved in the real estate industry for more than thirty years. Prior to the formation of the company in 1987, Andy was a Professor of Law at Rutgers School of Law, a practicing attorney, President and CEO of Kerr Concrete Pipe Co., and President and CEO of Galesi Realty Corp. Andy was also a professor of the Practice of Real Estate at Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Sara Loeblein

Sara began working for Mark Properties as a paid intern during her last two summers at Duke University. She joined Mark Properties in 2009 after graduating from Duke University with a B.A. degree in Economics with a minor in International, and Comparative Studies focused on Latin America. Sara is proficient in the Spanish language and has used this to help with the investments made in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Out of the Durham office, Sara deals with the asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions for the company, along with overseeing the daily property management and leasing operations. She is currently a licensed broker in North Carolina.

Stuart Davidson

Stuart Davidson, a veteran of nearly 25 years in commercial real estate, joined Mark Properties in September of 2012. Mr. Davidson handles the leasing of the company's portfolio in North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina and Maryland. Mr. Davidson has specialized in retail leases and outparcel sales. Prior to joining Mark Properties, he was a Sr. Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Rankin Commercial Properties in Raleigh. He also was the Director of Leasing at Tricor International from 2008 - 2010, where he oversaw the leasing of 14 Wal-Mart anchored shopping centers over three states. Mr. Davidson began his real estate career in Las Vegas in the leasing department of Triple Five Nevada Development, the builder of the two largest indoor regional malls in the world - Mall of America in Bloomington, MN and West Edmonton Mall in Canada. He also was a broker in Las Vegas for both CB Richard Ellis and Grubb and Ellis. He has represented numerous tenants during his career including Wendy's, Rent a Center, Dunkin Donuts, Noble Romans Pizza and Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt, to name a few.
