Her favorite hobby is bike riding, and a fun fact about Adriana is she usually includes a random fact when having a conversation.
Alexander Accetta is a Placement Guide that comes to MedPro with a strong sales background. His favorite part about his job is helping people/hospitals in need during this time. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, working out, and dogs!
Alexander Aleman is the Nursing Team Lead at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. He has been with the company since 2019. Alexander says, "I am passionate about my career because it allows me to help individuals reach their professional goals, while simultaneously making a positive impact in healthcare." His favorite part of the job is watching his team work collaboratively to achieve a common goal. Arnold is a first-generation American and a Platinum Placement Guide at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. He studied Business at the University of Florida and has been with MedPro since 2013. His passion for recruiting is rooted in his love for connecting great people with their dream opportunities, something Arnold says he's able to do every day. He is a college football fanatic, movie buff, and pet lover.
Austin Davis is a Placement Guide with MedPro Healthcare Staffing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Communication and Technology and Business Administration degree from Florida State University. In his previous roles, Austin oversaw strategic partnerships in the sports and entertainment industry. Austin says, "Being a natural people person and connector it was a natural fit to join MedPro. Brian Richman is a Placement Guide here at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. Brian is a seasoned healthcare professional, having worked in the field of rehabilitation as CEO and founder of out-patient clinics and a durable medical equipment company, a staff therapist in acute care and in-patient rehabilitation hospitals, and a certified Clinical Instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association who has educated students for the past 25 years. He loves connecting with people, building relationships, and assisting people to succeed in the healthcare industry. He enjoys finding the perfect job for someone and learning how they've explored their area of assignment. Nursing Placement Guide Brittney Thomas joined MedPro in 2022 because the company combines her two passions; healthcare and recruiting. A former sales associate, assistant manager, and admissions counselor, Brittney is a big fan of MedPro's culture and loves helping healthcare professionals achieve their career goals. Brittney graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and is a step coach and choreographer. A fun fact about Brittney, she knows sign language.
Bryson is a Platinum Placement Guide at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. His ability to help caregivers, hospitals, patients, and their families by connecting nurses with amazing opportunities across the country is what fuels his passion. He's a travel junkie, loves cars, and enjoys a good boxing match.
Camesha is a Senior Placement Guide who started her healthcare staffing career with MedPro in 2014. She has a Bachelor of Science from Lynn University and loves being a part of her nurses' travel experience. She originally joined the MedPro family as a Recruiter Assistant and has since grown to be an instrumental part of MedPro's Allied team. Dr. Rosemarie Aznavorian is a seasoned healthcare professional with more than four decades of experience. Rosemarie currently serves as the Vice President of Client Services and Chief Clinical Officer for MedPro Healthcare Staffing. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Texas Christian University, her master's in Nursing Administration, and a bachelor's in Nursing, both at Barry University in Miami. She is board-certified in Executive Nursing Practice, (CENP) by the American Organization of Nurse Leaders (formerly AONE), Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) by the Staffing Industry Analysts, and has held her CCRN certification for more than 30 years.
Frank has over 25 years of financial management experience with several high-growth companies in a variety of industries. Frank's past work emphasized process improvement and information management to allow companies to grow to the next stage. Frank joined MedPro in 2009. In addition to managing the financial function, Frank is heavily involved in activities that support recruiting, sales and operations.

Javier is a Placement Guide with MedPro Healthcare Staffing. He is a South Florida native and a veteran of the United States Navy. After serving our country, he has spent three years in customer service and sales. Jeniffer Castillo started at MedPro in 2020 as a Recruiter Assistant and has quickly risen up the MedPro career ladder. Jennifer Fernandez joined MedPro in 2022 as a Nursing Placement Guide Team Lead after 19 years of retail management experience at Pet Supermarket. Jennifer's location was a top-performing store three years in a row and store of the month multiple times. She received an exclusive invite to participate in the Disney Institute and learned exceptional Customer Service skills from the most magical place on earth. Jennifer earned an associate degree in psychology and sociology. She loves working with and for people, coaching, training, and being a cheerleader for her team. Kevin Abel is a Placement Guide who actually started his career in the hotel industry with various operations management positions and accolades. He chose to work for MedPro because he was referred by others who currently work for the company. Kevin heard nothing but positive feedback and how he could have a very successful career as a healthcare recruiter. Building and strengthening relationships with clients, team members, and customers is where Kevin excels. Liz began her career as a staff nurse and eventually served as Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer for several acute care facilities. Prior to joining MedPro in 2004, Liz built a $300 million staffing business. Liz is widely known and respected in the healthcare industry.
Manuel (Manny) Motaduval is a Senior Placement Guide with MedPro Healthcare Staffing. He's anxious to learn more about the staffing industry and wants to provide candidates with a memorable experience. He believes a candidate's livelihood is dependent on his ability to actively listen and meet their needs. Fun fact about Manny - he performs stand-up comedy from time to time!

Megan Siem has been a Placement Guide for Nursing with MedPro since 2022. Her favorite part of her job is helping fill the nursing gap while assisting nurses in finding their dream job. She recently graduated from FAU summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Health Services in healthcare administration and a minor in health information systems. Megan worked in customer service and sales in the hospitality industry for more than nine years. She is mom to her 5-year-old daughter Arielle and enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with her family. A fun fact about Megan is she was born and raised in South Florida.
Michael Cormack started at MedPro in 2021 and now works as a Placement Guide 1. His favorite part of the job is getting to know the nurses as more than just employees and developing lasting friendships with them. Michael has a varied work history, including shooting fishing videos for a popular YouTube channel and coaching a volleyball team, which finished with the best record among its competitors. Michael's hobbies include sports, fishing, hiking, and boating.
Nicholas Nooks joined MedPro Healthcare Staffing in 2022 as a Nursing Placement Guide. Originally from Jamaica, Nicholas graduated from FAU with a Sociology degree. He worked as an assistant store manager, retention account manager, and inspection technician and won a perfect customer survey award for seven consecutive months. Nicholas loves matching explorers with rewarding assignments and experiences, but when he's not at work, he enjoys rebuilding cars and photography.
Nicholas joined MedPro in 2022 as a Placement Guide for Allied with a strong background in property management and sales. A task-oriented and goal-driven person, Nicholas's favorite part of his job is helping medical professionals find employment, which benefits the industry and healthcare for all individuals. A fun fact about Nicholas, he earned his associate degree from Broward College and played basketball while in school. Nichole Stuart is originally from Massachusetts but has lived in South Florida most of her life. She joined MedPro as a Nursing Placement Guide in 2022 after spending the last ten years in the restaurant industry working her way up to general manager. Nichole lists her multiple promotions, being given her own restaurant to run, and turning that underperforming restaurant into a success among her accomplishments. Still, her favorite part of her job is helping people. When not working, Nichole loves a good book, watching her favorite tv shows, and spending time with family and loved ones. Samantha is a Placement Guide with MedPro Healthcare Staffing. She has an extensive background in sales and is looking to apply those skills to the healthcare industry. She feels helping both nurses and unstaffed facilities has a huge impact and gives her a great sense of fulfillment. Stacey Edwards holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida. Stacey has 17 years of sales, marketing, and operational experience. She joined MedPro in 2016 to develop a customer experience program, which today is known as, The MedPro Experience. Prior to joining MedPro, she worked for Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company where she won multiple awards throughout her tenure including Manager of the Year and Chairman's Club Honors. At MedPro, Stacey oversees the Marketing and MedPro Experience teams. She is passionate about creating the best possible working experience for our internal and field staff. She champions all of MedPro' philanthropic initiatives including the Fort Lauderdale Turkey Trot and Leukemia Lymphoma Society's, Light the Night event.
Stephanie Santamaria Molina is a Placement Guide with MedPro Healthcare Staffing. She brings a wealth of sales knowledge and accolades - not only as a top producer, exceeding both personal and store sales goals but she was also voted best employee and sales manager in her former sales roles.
