New this year, the Mid-South is offering a practical skills session for attorneys to sharpen their trial skills before a panel of bankruptcy judges, to be held on Wednesday, November 30, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, 701 Broadway. Attendance is limited to 24 participants, and preference will be given to attorneys with 5 years or less experience...
