I am a native of Lakeland and love the community settled in this beautiful city. In 1993, I graduated in accounting from Auburn University and went on to pursue my master's degree in taxation at The University of South Florida. After graduation, I earned my CPA license and have worked in various areas of public and private accounting over the years. In addition to taxation and accounting, I am also proficient in trust accounting.
I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and moved to Lakeland in 2022. I graduated with two bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice and Forensic Science from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida. In my spare time I love to travel the world, read, have picnics in the park, hang out with my mom and two sisters, and go to the movies with friends. I started with Medina Law Group in February of 2023 and in the time I have been here, I have come to love this incredible team of great people committed to helping this and many communities here in Central Florida.
I previously worked for Medina Law Group from 2014 to 2019, starting as a receptionist and becoming a legal assistant. I enjoy working with this team and was happy to return in 2023. I'm fluent in Spanish and English. In my spare time I like going to the beach, spending time with my family, traveling, and playing volleyball. I have been happily married for 17 years and enjoy every time I get to spend with my husband.
Daniel Medina began practicing law in 1994. He has served clients in Polk, Highlands, Hardee and Hillsborough counties in Central Florida and is the only Board Certified Attorney in Wills, Trusts, and Estates in Polk County.
I was born in Santa Clara, Las Villas, Cuba, and was raised in New Jersey, so my parents made sure I was fluent in both Spanish and English. I moved to Tampa, Florida, in the 1970s and have made Lakeland my home since 1996. I am a graduate of the University of South Florida's College of Arts and Sciences. I have a degree in Social Science/Speech Language Pathology and worked in that field for several years.
In 2001, I began working part-time at Medina Law Group, P.A., and I worked in many capacities until 2008 when I became the Business Manager. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, reading, painting, art, and foreign films. I love gardening and gluten-free baking. I am a baseball fan and a Tampa Bay Rays season ticket holder, but the New York Mets will always have a special place in my heart. My husband and I have been married over 30 years, and we still love getting lost while traveling and exploring new places. Oh, and don't be surprised if you run into Sebastian, my Bichon Frise, in the lobby of Medina Law Group, P.A.
Born in Florida, I have lived here my whole life. I'm currently attending Polk State College for Business Administration. Go Eagles! I enjoy working at Medina Law Group, P.A. and am glad to be part of this wonderful team. also enjoy helping others and providing excellent customer service. I love spending quality time with my family, friends and farm animals. I am fluent in both Spanish and English.

I was born in Winter Haven, Florida and raised in Frostproof, Florida. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Minor in Economics. While at UCF, I was a member of the Marching Knights and Jammin' Knights' trumpet section and was an active member of the Eta Sigma chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi.
I like to spend my free time playing video games and listening to music. I speak English fluently and Spanish conversationally.

¡Hola desde España! I have been a team member with Medina Law Group, P.A. since 2020, but only recently changed job titles to become a Virtual Administrative Assistant/Legal Intake Specialist due to a sudden life change. I am currently working remotely from beautiful, sunny Spain! After living in Madrid from 2015 to 2018, I came back to the United States where I began working at Medina Law Group, P.A. In 2022, I moved back to Spain to be with my boyfriend who is a Spaniard I met the first time I lived in Spain back in 2015. ¡Olé! In my free time I enjoy going on hikes with our dogs, riding horses, scuba diving, exploring new cities, and teaching the locals English. I am bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. I look forward to continuing to grow with the Firm and serving you!
Descending from a line of entrepreneurs, my office experience started early assisting with the family business's financial and administrative work. I continued to hone these skills through my formal education, earning my MBA following double-bachelor's degrees in Management and Management Information Systems. Through my career, I've enjoyed the opportunity to work with executives in bringing their visions to fruition. I find fulfillment in using my skills to help others reach their goals of productivity and efficiency. Like my colleagues at Medina Law Group, I strive for excellence.
Outside the office, I continue to put my talents to use being involved with my church in various capacities. I also enjoy reading fictional novels - particularly with adventurous female heroines, spending time on the water with my husband while he fishes and I read, ballroom and ballet dancing, and traveling to explore the wonders of God's creation.
I was born and raised in Illinois, but moved to Winter Haven, Florida in August of 2021. I have been working for Medina Law Group, P.A. since April of 2022. I really enjoy working here and being a part of this wonderful team. I am a graduate of Illinois State University (ISU) where I obtained my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in 2016. During my time at ISU, I studied abroad in Glasgow, Scotland. During my time in Scotland, I also visited France, Italy, Malta, and Ireland which sparked my love for travel. In my spare time I enjoy watching tv, working out, boating, traveling, and spending quality time with my dog, Chloie, my boyfriend, Stuart, and my family.
Whitney joined Medina Law Group, P.A. as an experienced Guardianship and Probate legal assistant in May of 2019. With over 6 years of experience in the law field and 14 total years of clerical and secretarial experience, Whitney works directly with clients to assist with their probate and Guardianship needs. Whitney received her Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Hillsborough Community College in 2011 and is currently obtaining her Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Florida.
Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Whitney lives in Dover with her dog, Prince Charming. In her spare time, she enjoys running, painting and spending time with her family and friends.
