Casey Tripodi began her career providing design for tile and stone in 2012. Transitioning from wholesale to retail work, Casey worked as a Design Assistant for a boutique tile and marble showroom. This position started her love of natural stone; she's a self-proclaimed "marble girl".
Over the next 7 years, Casey worked as a Designer in a decorative plumbing showroom, as well as designing for a few luxury tile showrooms.
Since 2021, Casey has been designing kitchens and bathrooms for Monk's. She loves consulting on the complete process of creating a kitchen or bathroom. Her best reward is creating a beautiful space that represents her client's vision.

Cristina Rosario worked as a Design Assistant in the Fanwood showroom before being promoted to Lead Designer. She will provide you with design solutions for kitchen, bathroom, and other interior remodeling projects. Cristina takes pride in bringing each client's personal vision to life!

Jaclyn Lorber is a New Jersey native who attended Centenary University earning a degree in business.
Jaclyn has grown up around construction and renovations. She found designing to be a satisfying creative outlet and first considered it a hobby. Then she taught herself how to use professional design software and pursued a career in design.
Jaclyn has now been designing kitchens and bathrooms professionally for 8 years. Four of those years she spent working with design companies performing entire home remodels. Always looking to expand her construction knowledge, Jaclyn enjoys collaborating with other teams throughout the remodeling process.
Jaclyn loves to travel all around the world. Some of her favorite places are Paris and Budapest. Her travels bring a new perspective to her designs. She likes mixing different styles and textures together to make each remodel unique to her client's style. Her goal is to make her client's home their favorite place to be.
When Jaclyn isn't designing, she's likely to be spending time with family and friends, or outdoors with her dog.
Jared Fitzpatrick is from a long line of New Jerseyans. His great-grandparents on down are from New Jersey. Jared was born and raised in Woodbridge.
Jared Fitzpatrick manages all types of home improvement projects in Chatham, Madison, New Vernon, and Green Village, NJ.

Marien Navarro graduated from Interior Design at Universidad Católica Santo Domingo. She discovered her passion for Interior Design while working for an architectural firm back in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Afterward, she worked for the number one home improvement store in the DR. It was here that she discovered how much fun it is to design kitchens and bathrooms.
When Marien moved to the United States, she continued working in the remodeling field. What she loves most about the business is that it is always changing and evolving with new trends and styles so it is never boring. Customer service is her top priority while she makes your dream space come to life.
