Ann Colley is Director of Public Relations and Charitable Giving at Moore Capital Management, LP, and Director and Vice President of The Moore Charitable Foundation and its affiliate foundations. As the principal advisor to The Moore Charitable Foundation's Founder and Chairman, Louis Bacon, Ms. Colley has spent more than two decades guiding the foundation's grantmaking and partnerships with many of the nation's foremost conservation organizations. She also represents The Moore Charitable Foundation in collaboration with local community organizations. A native of North Carolina, Ann joined MCF in 1994 as its first executive director after working in presidential, gubernatorial and congressional campaigns. She serves on the Board of Trustees of Waterkeeper Alliance, and is on the University of North Carolina's Board of Visitors as well as UNC's Institute for the Environment Board. She is a member of the Advisory Board of The Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute, Oceans 5 and the Shark Conservation Fund. Ms. Colley attended Hollins University and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She lives in New York City and has two sons. Elizabeth Helms

Elizabeth Helms manages the grant portfolio focused on education, health and the arts through the lens of sustainability and environmental protection. As project manager for Mrs. Bacon's charitable initiatives, her work encompasses business development and social media marketing. Elizabeth came to Moore Charitable in 2013 with an extensive background in Arts Education and Event Management, most notably as Education Program Director at Radio City Music Hall. She holds a BS in Business Management and Marketing from Penn State University. A true outdoor enthusiast, Elizabeth brings a personal and authentic environmental perspective to each project.

Gabrielle Bacon

Gabrielle Bacon is a Co-Chair of The Moore Charitable Foundation, overseeing the grant portfolio in the areas of education, health and the arts. Gabrielle has a PhD in Land Economy (Environmental Sciences) from Cambridge University, UK where her research centered on human rights violations incurred by environmental degradation. Actively involved in environmental protection on all levels, Gabrielle Bacon is a Board member of Peconic Baykeeper, which tackles local water pollution issues on Long Island, as well as on the US Board of ClientEarth, a global environmental organization. Dr Bacon was appointed Goodwill Ambassador for North America to the International Commission of the Voices of Future Generations Project Book Series, in partnership with UNESCO, which globally solicits and promotes children's stories on UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Gabrielle Bacon serves on the Women's Board of The Boys' Club of New York, a 140-year-old organization which provides substantial after-school programs throughout Manhattan for boys in need of additional support. As well as being a Trustee of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia University-Weill Cornell medical system, Gabrielle is also a part of Harvard Kennedy School's Advisory Council to Dean Douglas Elmendorf and the Center for Public Leadership's Leadership Council. In the area of the arts at The Moore Charitable Foundation, Gabrielle Bacon pioneered the Artists-in-Residence Program, providing artists from all over the world with unique access and unrestricted freedom to paint landscapes in private conservation areas. The resulting artwork promotes the compelling importance of environmental protection. Prior to undertaking the development of the Moore Art collection, Gabrielle worked for a decade at Sotheby's in London, UK, and at several galleries in the United States. By invitation, she is a member of the International Council of The Metropolitan Museum of Fine Arts. With her husband, Louis Bacon, she is a founding member of the new Parrish Art Museum on Long Island. A graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Canada, Dr. Bacon received her Master of Philosophy in International Relations from Cambridge University, where her thesis focused on the International Court of Justice. She speaks fluent French, Italian and Spanish and has three children and four stepchildren. Reporting to Dr. Bacon, Elizabeth Helms manages the grant portfolio focused on education, health and the arts. Louis Bacon is a conservation philanthropist who has dedicated more than two decades to protecting natural resources in the United States and abroad. Mr. Bacon is the Founder and Co-Chair of The Moore Charitable Foundation, which he founded in 1992. Along with its affiliate foundations, The Moore Charitable Foundation focuses on supporting conservation nonprofits that protect threatened habitats, landscapes and water bodies. Moore Charitable has programming to support local community educational, health and cultural organizations and services. In 1999, Mr. Bacon was instrumental in founding the Waterkeeper Alliance, the largest and fastest growing nonprofit solely focused on preserving and protecting clean water. Originally a loosely affiliated group of clean water advocates, the Alliance now represents more than 300 local environmental organizations in over 40 countries. Mr. Bacon has protected more than 214,000 acres of land in perpetuity across the United States. He donated a conservation easement of approximately 167,000 acres on the Trinchera Blanca Ranch in Colorado to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). The donation was the largest ever received by USFWS and was critical in the establishment of the nation's 558th unit of the National Wildlife Refuge System. Combined with conservation easements authorized by Mr. Bacon on Tercio and Red River Ranches in Southern Colorado, nearly 800,000 acres of protected private and public lands are now connected from Great Sand Dunes National Park, Colorado to northern New Mexico. Mr. Bacon was the lead investor in The Forestland Group, LLC, (TFG), a timberland investment management organization that acquires naturally regenerating forests and manages them sustainably. In 1999, TFG helped finance one of the country's most substantial conservation transactions when it acquired approximately 110,000 acres of Adirondack State Park forestlands. Mr. Bacon has received numerous honors for his commitment to conservation, including Riverkeeper's Environmental Leadership Award, the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership (TRCP) Lifetime Conservation Achievement Award, the Audubon Medal, the Chairman's Leadership Award from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, the Longleaf Alliance's True Longleaf Champion Award, North Carolina Wildlife Federation's Governor's Conservation Achievement Award, and the Land Trust Alliance President's Award. Mr. Bacon is the founder, Chairman and principal investment manager of Moore Capital Management, LP ("Moore Capital"). Moore Capital, founded in March 1989, is a private investment management firm that invests in the public global financial markets, real estate, private lending and private equity markets. A native of North Carolina, Mr. Bacon earned an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Literature from Middlebury College. Mr. Bacon serves on the Board of Overseers at Columbia Business School and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Foreign Policy Association and an executive member of the No Labels Founders Council. Trevor Bacon

Trevor Bacon is responsible for developing and implementing grantmaking for Moore Charitable Foundation's (MCF) marine programs, which support the conservation of marine resources for the benefit of current and future generations, with an emphasis on community-based grantmaking when possible. Included in his portfolio, Mr. Bacon oversees the programs and advisors of MCF's Panama affiliate, the Islas Secas Foundation, and its Bahamas affiliate, the Moore Bahamas Foundation.
