Andy Inman

Andy Inman serves as the Chief Development Officer for NCG Hospitality. He leads the company's development, design and construction of all development, renovation execution, and capital projects for any new and existing NCG Hospitality projects. His duties also include working closely with the Chief Asset Officer and CEO on market analysis and feasibility/financial analysis on development projects. Prior to joining NCG Hospitality, Andy has held several senior positions in the real estate industry. He is currently a member of Downtown Madison, Inc and Smart Growth Greater Madison, Inc. Additional community involvement has been as a board member of American Council of Engineering Companies, Madison Area Builders Association and other community service groups. Andy graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and holds an inactive Professional Engineer license. He has many hours of continuing education in Planning, Design, Construction and Real Estate Development. Andy is married with three boys and he enjoys coaching and supporting them in their activities, including as a boat driver for the MadCity Water Ski Team.

Cathy Gillman - Chief Legal Officer, VP

Cathy Gillman serves as Vice President and General Counsel of NCG Hospitality. She is responsible for legal counseling, in the areas of risk management, finance, asset acquisition and disposition, operations, entity management, and family business succession planning. Cathy also serves on NCG's Advisory Board assisting in establishing and overseeing the successful execution of NCG's Strategic Growth initiatives. After graduating from law school, Cathy served as a law clerk to Judge John T. Noonan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco. She then joined Foley & Lardner LLP's business law department in Madison, Wisconsin, where she advised primarily privately-held clients in general business and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, business entity and succession planning, and corporate finance. While employed at Foley & Lardner, Cathy also taught Business Law I at Madison Area Technical College. Prior to law school, Cathy worked as a CPA at KPMG LLP in St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has been with NCG Hospitality since February 2006. Cathy is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin and Minnesota, holds an inactive CPA license in Wisconsin and Minnesota, and is a Member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association. She volunteers with the Madison Public Schools Foundation, where she previously served on the Board of Directors, and has volunteered in various capacities for other educational and community organizations in the Madison area. Cathy is married with two adult sons, and likes spending spare time reading and enjoying Wisconsin's many recreational and cultural opportunities with family and friends, as well as traveling and spending time outdoors. She is a long-time supporter of the United Way of Dane County and other charitable organizations.

Corey Chamberlain

Corey Chamberlain serves as the Vice President of Capital Markets for NCG Hospitality. He leads all capital sourcing for the company, including securing debt financing and raising equity for new projects, refinancing existing projects as well as assisting with investor relations. His duties also include working closely with the CEO and Chief Development Officer on feasibility/financial analysis on development projects and acquisitions. Corey graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration double-major in Real Estate and Risk Management Insurance. He began his commercial real estate finance career in Chicago, IL with Wells Fargo and was most recently a Principal at Walton Street Capital on its debt platform.

David Lenz - Chairman, Founder

David Lenz founded NCG Hospitality in 1981. NCG Hospitality was formed for the purpose of developing, owning and operating premium select-service hotels. Dave is responsible for the company's long-term growth strategy and positioning in the hospitality industry. Dave began his energetic career as a commercial loan officer and appraiser, working for commercial mortgage bankers and savings & loan institutions. He served fourteen years as an officer in the 176th Fighter Squadron of the Wisconsin Air National Guard. Through his work with the Badger Air Community Council, he was awarded Honorary Commander status for the 115th Fighter Wing. Dave was the recipient of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association 2018 Distinguished Real Estate Alumnus award. Today he continues his aviation interest as the senior pilot for NCG's CJ3 aircraft. In addition to flying, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and family and his grandkids.

Eric Rottier - COO

As Chief Operating Officer, Eric is responsible for the overall operations and optimized performance of NCG Hospitality's portfolio of hotels, restaurants, conference centers, and multi-family units including all owned and operated as well as third-party managed assets. Additionally, Eric will actively participate in both the strategic and tactical direction of NCG Hospitality to include all development and acquisition efforts including the direct oversight of the field and locally based Operations Team, Talent Management Team (HR), Corporate Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management Team ensuring all align with the Strategic Mission of the Company. Eric joined the NCG Hospitality in 2004 as a Revenue Analyst, and has since held the positions of Revenue Manager, Director of Revenue, Regional Manager, Regional Director of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations. In his time at NCG, Eric has served as a Board Member for Madison Festivals, Inc., as a committee member on the Middleton Tourism Commission, as President of the Greater Madison Chapter of the Wisconsin Innkeepers Association and as a Board Member of the Greater Madison Convention and Visitors Bureau. For seven years, Eric proudly took time out of his schedule to teach Room Division Operation at the Madison Area Technical College. Prior to joining NCG Hospitality, Eric was a hotel General Manager in the Madison Area for several years. Eric is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and received his education at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in Mechanical Engineering before realizing that his hotel job to get him through college had become a career.

Jeff Lenz - CEO, President

As President & Chief Executive Officer for NCG Hospitality, Jeff Lenz sets the growth and strategic expectations for the organization to ensure the success of a premier hospitality management and development company. He is responsible for the preparation and administration of NCG's Asset Management Strategy, through the entire life cycle, from acquisition to disposition, of all property to include the ongoing development and strategic implementation of all asset related initiatives within the NCG business plan. Jeff is also responsible for driving overall performance through the oversight of capital projects, equity sourcing, diversification and recapitalization of a growing family owned and managed real estate portfolio. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Jeff went on to earn his Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He began his career at NCG Hospitality as a Real Estate Analyst in 1995, and before moving into his current position, he also worked as an Associate for the mortgage banking firm Eberhardt Company in Denver, Colorado and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jeff is currently serving on the board of the greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and past member of Hilton's Product Advisory Council. He is also very active in real estate and the local community as a member of the Urban Land Institute and the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association in addition to being a Key Club Member of the United Way of Dane County. Jeff enjoys spending spare time with his wife and three sons and their many athletic endeavors. He is also a licensed pilot and acts as co-pilot of NCG's corporate aircraft.

Jen Yakimicki Guimond

As Vice President of Commercial Services, Jen oversees the three-core revenue generating departments of Field Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing and Revenue Management for the company. Jen and her team are tasked with maximizing the revenue performance of our portfolio of hotels and building lasting relationships and positive travel experiences for our customers. Upon graduating from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana in 1996, Jen started her career in hospitality and joined NCG in 2002. In her time with North Central Group, she has been a part of numerous hotel opening teams and served in several positions throughout her career with NCG Hospitality as a Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Regional Director of Sales and Corporate Director of Sales prior to her current role. Prior to joining NCG, Jen held sales positions with Indian Oak Resort & Spa in Chesterton, Indiana, with White Lodging in Merrillville, Indiana as well as Interstate Hotels and True North Hotel Group here in Madison, WI. Jen is married and has two daughters. She is a longtime supporter of United Way of Dane County and has done volunteer work with Salvation Army Women's Shelter and created a donation program for local hotels to provide linens and amenities to those in need within the community. She has a passion for travel and getting out and seeing as much of the world as possible. Her hobbies include any outdoor activities with family and friends-especially those that involve water, sunshine, gardening, campfires and beaches.

Katie Marron

As Vice President of Branding and Communications, Katie oversees the Branding and Communications for NCG Hospitality Corporate Office and our portfolio of hotels. She leads the effort to bring more awareness to NCG Hospitality as a premier company to do business with and for, while reinforcing our culture and reputation of excellence. She also plays a role in helping market NCG Hospitality to cultivate additional 3rd party contracts, hotel investors, and team members. Katie graduated from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree. With over 20 years at NCG Hospitality, Katie began her career as a Sales Manager for two NCG hotels in the Milwaukee area. She has worked in various capacities ranging from Development & Operations Coordinator, Assistant General Manager, Marketing & eCommerce Manager, VP of Marketing to her current role. Katie is a member of the Wisconsin Chapter of American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) Women in Lodging and was a founding board member of the Wisconsin Chapter of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI). In her free time she enjoys volunteering in her community, traveling with her family, and spending time at her kids sporting events.

Kim Richter

Kim Richter is the Vice President of Community & Investor Relations. She oversees our corporate giving and philanthropic activities for the NCG Hospitality and our portfolio, as well as oversees our communication with our Investors. One of her biggest priorities is finding ways for our company and team members to give back to the communities in which we live, work and play. Kim graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BBA in Marketing and Real Estate. She started her career working in marketing for the Mark Travel Corporation and then with NCG Hospitality. She then held various jobs while traveling the globe supporting her husband's career and raising four children. She is excited to be back at NCG Hospitality in her current role.

Mark Lenerz - CFO

As Chief Financial Officer of NCG Hospitality, Mark Lenerz collaborates with NCG's Executive Management Team and Advisory Board to establish and execute the strategic direction for the company. Mark is also responsible for the fiscal management of NCG Hospitality, offering leadership and coordination to the accounting and finance teams including strategic insight into NCG's debt and equity, financial reporting, accounting, administrative, and budgeting areas. In addition, Mark provides oversight of the technology group at NCG Hospitality as the technology team supports our team members and company initiatives. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. He began his career in public accounting and eventually transitioned into accounting positions in various industries. Prior to joining NCG in 2008, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer for a commercial real estate development company. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the WICPA and AICPA. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, watching and participating in athletic events, outdoor activities, listening to music and reading.
