He has worked across Life Insurance, General Insurance, Call-Center setups and Telecom Industry in various roles.Successfully carried out multiple Process Reengineering exercises by co-ordination with Business, IT and Vendor Partners. Significant Experience in the Middle East Market and carries strong experience in managing end to end Projects across domains, platforms and geographically dispersed teams.

Overall 20+ years of experience in various industries such as IT, Hydro Power etc.. Have experience in Pre sales, Quality Assurance, Customer support, operations and IT recruitment. Also worked in central public sector company in Research & Development and Projects Coordination.

20+ years of experience in building products in big data, analytics and scalable storage. He is post-graduate in CSE from IITB. He is a founding engineer and managed team to build distributed system for big data analytics in MapR (acquired by HPE). He has couple of patents in bigdata storage while working in MapR. Before that he worked in windows Server division in Microsoft and filesystem division in Veritas storage systems.

20+ Years of Experience in Technology, Strategy and Program Management in BFSI domain and worked with Local as well as Global Insurance Companies. .

20+ years in industry in various organizations including AT&T Bell labs, Lucent , Agere Proxim and Axiado after post-graduation from IITD in CSE.
