We first purchased our unit through him in 2017, and so we went back to First National to rent it out, and then more recently called Matt about selling it. From the very start absolutely nothing was too difficult, and not because he would get a percentage of our money, he was just an all-round easy to deal with, lovely bloke! He went well and beyond with suggestions on what would help us sell quickly, what to spend our money on (of which we had very little), and what not to waste money on. He suggested all of the trades (if we wanted him to) and sometimes met them there on our behalf as we lived an hour away from the unit and sometimes had trouble getting there. I don't think you could find a more dedicated, easy-going real estate agent to be honest! If I could give him ten stars I would, and no he didn't pay me to write this! Thank you Matt!!!
