At Northern California Fire Protection Compliance Group, our role is to actively monitor the work of all fire sprinkler companies engaged in working on Public Works and Prevailing Wage projects. In our position as a Labor Management Cooperation Committee, or LMCC, our primary goal is to ensure that that all contractors have an equal opportunity to bid on fire sprinkler public projects and enforce the federal and state labor codes throughout Public Works projects that occur in the nine counties that comprise the Bay area. In this manner, we represent the collective interest of both regulatory bodies and the employees of contractors selected to be utilized in Public Works projects...
